Well she arrived relatively unscathed, only minor damage to the rear tow hook and a ding on the roof.
Put some Marvel in the cylinders, left the plugs out and tried to turn it by hand, but alt was frozen. Removed the alt belt and the engine turned by hand quite well. Water pump leaks like a $#$@, so I will have to replace it and all the hoses before trying to start her.
I was able to free up the alt, but bearings will have to be replaced as well as the rubber bushings (turned to goo).
As far as the clutch, the hose to the master was shot, replaced it and, flushed/ bled the system all is well now.
