offset of the wheels are 8. any issues with rubbing? will stock brakes clear? and what is the recomended tire size? i currently haave 15x7 with a 28 offset, with 195/50/15 tires. thanks!

hello. does anyone know if the old school vw roof racks will fit on a 1973 roundie? i saw one on the freeway today, and i think its a vw rack. thanks in advance.
