    Looking for intakes for dual 45's. Linkage also would be great. Also looking for used Lynx single 45 manifold. I have a used Dellorto dhla 45 carb if anyone is interested in trade part trade ??? Of course glad to pay cash for intake or intakes. Thanks, Gary

    I have an excellent auto tranny here on Maui. You can have it for free if you just pay shipping. Won,t be that much to ship. On the other hand this tranny came out of my 73 and I swapped it for a 4 spd. It was pretty simple to do. I have the trans listed in parts for sale.

    I really appreciate the replys. Just finished my motor build and afraid to drive it with the header hitting. Its scary fast now and that little bit of drag as it hits makes my heart stop. I did install new mounts but they have been on my shelf for over 5 years. I wonder if mounts could possibly deteriorate not installed. I am going to try the shim. Thanks

    I recently installed a Stahl header and even with some modification it still hits the idler arm. Would it be a bad idea to shim the right motor mount a 1/2"? It would probably be enough to clear. Any ideas or thoughts. Thanks, Gary on Maui

    refreshing a motor that was pulled from a wrecked 02. Pop up pistons Mahle pop up 9.5:1 pistons I believe and schrick cam that is marked sb4 293. I am not quite sure of the severity of the cam as the 292 seems to be the normal upgrade. Can anyone enlighten me as to what I have. The valves and rockers all look to be larger and diff than stock. I am really curious as to what carb or carbs I should run with this set up and if the cam is a little more aggressive than stock or what? Thanks in advance. Gary

    Thanks so much. That was easier than easy and I was able to get a whole load of stuff at one stop. Kind of stuck out here in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Look forward to doing business with them.

    Aloha, I am refreshing a motor with Mahle pistons that are marked 89.47 .045. I am trying to purchase piston rings and am having a difficult time. Could someone please let me know who is the best/ most helpfull? to contact. I am new to the forum and would very much appreciate it. Gary
