problem Response And Edit Issues

I have been having problems responding and editing responses.  This has been using BOTH Internet Explorer and Chrome from two different PC's .

 

Responding to a post does nothing.   I wait a couple of minutes to "preview" my post, then try to post and it ends up double posting.

 

When I try to edit the response, it does not show up as a "change" but another response.

 

Very aggravating.

Can you give me an example? and screen shots as you do this?

And of course my reply (with this edit) works fine.   Just like taking a car to a mechanic
