Includes mounting bracket and horn pin and wiring -- just needs to be bolted on. I bought this wheel from a fellow FAQer last year for $100. The varnish was cracked, along with the wood underneath in places. I removed all the old varnish with a razor blade, sanded it down, filled the cracks, and applied 5 coats of polyurethane. The wheel has a nice smooth feel and will last along time. Unfortunately, the filler in the cracks is lighter than the wood (please see pics), but the surface is flush.

I'm selling it because I found I prefer a larger wheel; this one is 14 and 5/8" or about 375mm. $150 plus shipping.

Is 14 5/8" measured outside to outside?
