Flares On!

Stopped by a few days ago and they had it all shiny.

Turns out inka is sort of a hard color to photograph. None of the pictures really do the color justice.

Stopped by again today and they had the flares and side skirts on. Super stoked to see it all together again. There is a minor fitment issue with the rear drivers side tire. For some reason it is no longer centered front to back on the flare. I'm note sure if they put the flare on weird, or if maybe my subframe shifted... It does have adjustable camber and caster. Would that effect it?

Hi,

Your car looks GREAT! I have a couple of questions.

* Do you know how far up they had to cut for the flares? I am getting ready to flare my 76 and am not sure how far up to cut and make it look right. Your car looks perfect.

* I have the quad light grill setup sitting in my garage. You don't happen to know of any major issues I should consider when I go to install? I love the quad lights. I know some purists don't but 02's are about personality!

* Finally, how much did you lower the car? So many options out there. I love the height of your car.

Great looking car.

Congrats on the quad setup! They are pretty rare. I think they are cool too, make the car a bit more unique. They did take some fabrication, you have to cut out a support pieces, make custom mounts etc. Not exactly plug and play.

I'm running ground control coils all the way around. Front is a Tii strut cut 2" rear is a true coilover with reinforces shock towers. It's all from Ground Control, they know their stuff. Rear is almost all the way dialed down in the pictures, front could go a little lower. It does take a little extra thought if you care about handling. I'm running bump steer correction spacers in the front etc...
