This wrecked 1972 tii was for sale in Snellville, Georgia during the summer of 2014. The owner, who was the second owner, had wrecked the car decades earlier, removed the damaged nosepiece, fenders, and hood at the time, and collected all the needed body parts to repair the car. I do not know if the car sold in 2014. VIN 2761691 should be a May 1972 car; I did not request BMW Archives data on this car as I was not considering its purchase.
