Hello, first time posting. Vintage 700 Race car has ended up at our shop. Diagnosed a problem with the ignition points. Trying to remove the centrifigal advance assembly with the points lobe to inspect the assembly. No luck with our arsenal of pullers and don't want to destroy the advance mechanism. The manual calls for Matra 528. It's basically a hardened bolt. Pitch seems to be m 1.0 inside the hub. Tool could be anywhere between 16 and 18 mm Wondering what others may have done to get this hub off? Even better would be if someone knew the diameter and pitch of Tool Matra 528 or an alternative.
