    Thank you all for the help. I realized that I missing a bracket (green) that made the other bracket coming from the engine (yellow) migrate upwards with the vibration of the engine and it was blocking the natural movement of the throttle mechanism/lever.

    My throttle was working well then all of a sudden I was unable to press 100% on the gas pedal. The throttle is getting stuck on a piece of metal. Not sure why? any clues what this piece if metal is and why it moved? 74 tii Thanks in advance!

    I bought this radiator a few months ago from Germany. works 100% but the neck leaks a little after driving around all day No leaks in the body or the bottom pan on the pic i added some high thermal resistant puddy to seal it and it worked i had the radiator replaced if you can weld that area then you will be good or if you can live with a little drip then that is great too the radiator works and fits 2002 from 1974 perfectly Definitely an upgrade from the stock radiator.     Hello, I was changing the tires on my car, had the car up on a lift and I noticed two things: 1. yellow arrows= These wires are disconnected but I am not sure what they do (car breaks well, gauges ok, car runs well, break lights ok) 2. green arrows= Yet another oil leak, FML, and I think it might be from the transmission? The oil is black. Again, car runs well and not really dripping on the floor. Any Thanks! IMG_3951.MOV

    i have a getrag 245 5 speed transmission and I am having a lot of trouble going from 1st gear to 2nd…it does not engage as smoothly as before …you have to wiggle and cross your fingers hoping it engages…usually slips into 4th…not sure what the issue is? regarding video below…is that much movement normal at the base of the shifter?     After installing the new radiator the car sounds and feels way better. Not sure if this is just in my head. I felt I could push car harder and car kept up!

    So i got several quotes to re-core my original radiator and seal some of the holes. $500-700 total ? I ended ordering a Walloth-Nesch radiator and it just arrived. I bought the one for the AC set up and with the kinked outlet .... Cost= $629.59..(with tax and shipping) I have to say it is SO NICE and well made! very impressed. Came from Germany in about a weeks time. Fits perfectly without any modifications for my 2002 74tii.

    Did the hoses on the tii connect appropriately or did you get a NEW special hose. Is there enough space for the original mechanical fan? Thanks

    I am looking to replace my Radiator as a test today showed multiple pin sized holes causing a big leak (but still keeping car cooled). This thread question has not been updated in 9 years.... but any advice or leads on a rebuilt radiator for a 74' 2002tii or a newer aluminum (ebay, IE, etc). Thanks!

    Not straight forward but got the rear done. ? For the front bumper, I might drop it off to a local Bodyshop/mechanic to do it correctly as everyone noted on prior posts. Thank you everyone.

    So I tried installing these myself. I measured everything appropriately to be even. Unfortunately the bumper is crooked. Also, Hard to install the sides. After aligning the middle bumper, did you re-assemble the whole bumper + the brackets THEN attached the whole thing into car again? were the bolt nut on the trunk or bumper side? You would think basic instructions or pointers are included when you buy stuff like this. ?

    Good evening all! I took off the dive board bumpers (front and rear). I had purchased stainless steel front/rear bumpers from BMW 2002 E10 BMW bumper set front and rear STAINLESS steel NEW WWW.DTECHPARTS.COM Stainless steel new BMW 2002 bumper rear My question is if anybody has experience installing these types of bumper and bumper mount. I called Jon (who sold me these) who is very nice but he sent me a link to pictures of installed bumpers (before and after pictures) but not a step by step instructions. I can't figure out how the mounts attach to the car or where they go. Thanks
