  6. Hello fellow 02 enthusiasts. I bought the car from a guy in Santa Rosa, 2 years ago. The majority of what was needed revolved around the interior and the suspension. https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/d/1973-bmw-2002tii/6681424578.html Interior: -Recaro (Clothe) Seats -JBL 6x9s (rear) and 6 1/2 (front) -Kenwood Dual Deck Stereo (w/bluetooth) -Esty Carpet kit (near perfect condition -Beautiful Coco Mats -Alpina shifter knob -Alpina Horn emblem -Iso Delta steering wheel -New door cards both front and back -New Dash, zero cracks -Additional gauges, currently disconnected -Newly wrapped center console in perfect condition Exterior: -Clean Washington State Title -NO RUST -Verona paint -New euro style number -Euro style license plate -Hella Fog Lights -Ireland Engineering Stage 1 Spring and Sway bar kit (http://www.iemotorsport.com/bmw/2002-suspension-steering/02sbspringkit.html) -All new rubber bushings -New control arms -New Bilstein shocks *Entire suspension is under 5,000 miles The bad: -I took the molding off the bottom because it looked odd with the new number and I have not filled those holes and painted over. -Sunroof needs parts replaced to get working again. I am happy to show you the car, answer your questions etc. Please let m know if you have interest. -Jack 206-819-3966

  8. @Illuminastywax Yes - I believe it is Verona. I love the color either way. It is such a nice red with a hint of orange.
  9. @joshkrahn The doors are actually still a work in progress. I need someone to water test them but those plastic sheets were just a start to that process. I need someone to handle the slight leakage I dealt with last year and do a bit of work on the hood. :\ always somehting more.
  10. This @esty carpet was fun to put in. I could have done a bit better of a job but it turned out fine. Definitely need a good pair of scissors. Definitely need to let that 3M 90 Adhesive spray sit before you apply it. Definitely rewarding once you are done. Took me about 3 hours. My issue now is fixing my doors and making sure they are water tight and slapping those door cards on. Almost there!
  11. Phase one has been completed. Still a lot of work to do but the thing drives amazingly! Lots of interior work needed to be done along with stereo, back up camera, and body work. For now, we are good to go for a while. Sorry I will be missing everyone at the 02 meet up in West Seattle on Saturday. -Jack
  12. Update: Jan 23rd, 2017. Put the Euro bumper and the ansa muffler on and they are going to look great! The stance needs to be messed with but the wheels look good with the red. I will be putting the carpet kit in this weekend and will be looking forward to seeing everyone in West Seattle on the 4th of February! -Jack
  13. @jfunk I actually got rid of that 2002 and picked up a different one from california which I am in the midst of restoring. I need a place to do some body work though....got any leads?
  14. Anyone have any cool 02 stickers that I could add to my desk? It's coming along nicely.
  15. @davej I'll measure them when I get home. Stay tuned.
  16. @jrhone do you still have the template?
  17. @esty Even with @jrhone 's center console as shown above, you dont think I could fit a double din? I thikn you can!
  18. @jrhone Hey! Thanks for the input. Ya I am definitely taking some aspects of the car modern. You made your own custom facepanel...out of what?
  19. @esty you are the best! So I just have the two sides of the center console from a 73 2002. It looks like I will have to fabricate something myself. Is there an easier way?
  20. Hey everyone, I need a faceplate for my center console that fits a double din stereo. I'd love to not have to custom fabricate something as that will be a bit of money. Anything helps!
  21. Hey all, The holidays of course brought somewhat of a stall to my project but we are keeping it moving. Put in the Dynamat and tested the new 6x9 speakers for the parcel shelf. The last owner definitely did some odd things to this car and it has made it even more interesting during this process. Next step is to get the wheels on and the new Ansa muffler along with the euro chrome rear bumper. Stay tuned for all of that! Oh(2), and I've got my new clock and key holder set up! -Jack
