  1. I just used the exact Dupli-Color rattle cans as mlytle. I paint em with the tires on the wheels. Takes me about 1 hour per wheel, including removal, clean with 3M Green Pads, masking (I used a combination of blue painter's tape and duct tape (all I had on hand). The blue tape slips behind the wheel rim, so I can paint the edge next to the tire), 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of silver (spray in the shade, dries in the sun). Easy to refresh every year or so. I also hit the stainless wheel centers and lugs with a wire brush on a drill. The wheel center emblems were shot so I tossed em...prefer less fancy anyhow. I'm about $20 out of pocket for materials.

  3. Runs and drives pretty good, some small rust spots but seems solid. Possibly an old restoration. She's kinda dirty so that's my first step. I'm in Los Angeles and any guidance to help make her a solid driver with working AC would be great. Great to have found this forum and thanks in advance.
