    Secures Wiring and Vacuum Hoses on Vintage BMW cars. As removed with some cleaning/degreasing done. I do not remember which car I got this off of but it was most likely a 75 or 76 BMW 2002 May fit other years and models as well such as 77-79 E21's Hole in bracket is for an 8mm stud or bolt such as used to secure intake manifold.     I found another set of these bolts... 6 Allen headed bolts 8mm x 55mm BMW part number 07119919685 and 3 reinforcing plates BMW part number 33211207094. The bolts are the later style that screw into the flanges and are a bit shorter than the earlier type that used nuts on the back.
