Do you really think that someone would go through all the trouble to upload several pictures on the thread (pictures which are consistent, I might add) and then, after doing so try to scam you out of only $65? Further the PayPal request listed the exact parts for which you had asked and came from an account with the same last name of the person with whom you were doing business. Apply a little common sense please before you accuse people of being criminals.

To be sure, you will have to enter your VIN in the RealOem site (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do) and then enter the part number of the Wiper Motor (61611353572). If the part is compatible with your car, it will show up on the search results.

The other thing is that shipping to Poland could be expensive.

Hi Victor, thanks. My 02 is at the upholstery shop right now with registration, so I was trying to take a short cut by asking the forum rather than contacting an interpreter to contact the shop to ask them to tell me the VIN. As to shipping, I am in the US military here in Poland, so USPS and buying from over the Atlantic is actually better for me (economically) than buying in Europe. I will contact the interpreter tomorrow and get back with you.

I am thinking of picking up a couple ADAC Ralley Grill Badges to put on my 1970 (with fog lamps & 2002 logo on the grill already). But since the grills are rather small, I am not sure how they would look (maybe too cluttered)- so before dropping a couple of hundred on the badges that I am interested in on eBay, I thought that I would ask the forum members if they have photos of their 02 with badges installed. If so, please post.

Still waiting for a reply in regard to the vent covers after I said I wanted them two weeks ago. Understand that you have a lot on your plate and have many emails to reply to, but I have a show that I wanted to enter my 02 in in about 3 weeks. After you replied that you had the parts- I stopped looking. Now it will be very tight to get them in time, but is still possible. Please let me know soonest.

I have been in need of the driver's side & have been asking periodically on the forum since May 2012 (http://www.bmw2002faq.com/component/option,com_forum/Itemid,57/page,viewtopic/p,1003638/#1003638). About a month ago, a member contacted me and told me that he had both sides and I told him that I would buy them from him without even knowing his price. No reply. So I contacted him again. No reply. I have contacted all the European suppliers in that I know of Germany and the UK with no love. They promised to contact me if they run across any. So still looking. I If you find someone with both, please let me know. You can have the right side and I'll take the left. I will do the same for you.

I hope someone out there can help me. A month or so back, I was crusing the forum and ran into a post about center consoles. In this particular post, a member posted a photo of a beautiful center console that he had made from wood. Top quality workmanship. The conversation centered around whether or not he should use vinyl sides or if he should simply leave the wood. Now fast forward to the present. I would like to find this post again and despite searching for a considerable amount of time (cumiliative about 2 hours I guess), I just can't seem to find this post. I am hoping that someone out there was involved in the post (or has better search skills than me) and can point me in the right direction.

Well, I don't know what to think. I thought that maybe it was the subject line (too long perhaps) and tried to post again with the same results. Is anyone else getting a "debug error" when trying to post?

Unfortunately I am not going to be able to go- but there is another show in April in Essen that I may be able to attend.

Looking to re-silver the trim around my instrument cluster (similar to as shown in this photo http://www.bmw2002faq.com/component/option,com_forum/Itemid,57/page,download/id,65516/) & thinking about using a silver paint pen. Has anyone else done this? If so, how did it work out? Any pointers?

I am looking to replace me steering wheel and am wondering what size steering wheel people are using (for those who have replaced stock). Right now, I have an unidentified brand, Italian made, wood 330mm (13 inch) that I want to replace. While it is sporty, it is a bit of a pain in the neck when trying to maneuver in tight spaces such as a parking lot. Looking for a compromise between sporty and functional.

A couple of questions:

- This looks to be satin finished rather than polish finished- is it just the photo?

- Do you have hub adapters?

- Do you have BMW emblem horn buttons as well?

- Any other Nardi Wheels in your inventory at present (such as the black spoke model)?

Sorry! When I say similar to the the one in the photo- I mean the wheel and not the horn button.
