Hey that looks like me on the beltway coming home from work !!!
I also love the STP(Stone Temple Pilots) playing in the back ground.

In your video you have a massive spark bouncing off of your coil which maybe your problem.

Great topic and discussion guys...... My next car is going to be a Porsche 911 I am a true fan. I just missed buying one some year ago and I'm also glad to see that the 2002 crowd has great car taste all across the board.

Remove both of the idle jets with a flat head screwdriver clean them well and report back.

It's the seal between the MC and the booster......If you have to replace it then make sure you get the seal that is flat on the top and sides and not the one that is round on all sides.

Sounds like your idle jets are dirty on your 32/36..... Unscrew both of them and clean them.

Check your brake booster..... I had the same issue and a new brake booster solved my problem.

Michael...... it's your heater core ! I have built quite a few heater boxes now with the melt your tennis shoe results you are talking about. For real heat a great heater core is a must and then a super fan to finish your build. It was just in the teens here in D.C. with the wind chill factor and my 71 was Africa hott !!!

Thats chinese crap parts for you. I am sticking with either BMW parts or parts made from the guys here on FAQ that actually give a shit about the products they put out. A lot of these parts may say "Made in Germany" etc but in fact the parts are made in China, then ASSEMBLED" in germany.
I will give you an example, wristwatches. See those nice expensive Swiss watches?? and German watches?? etc? In the watch retail world those are actually considered tier 3 watches. They have "Swiss Made" for the movements but there is a catch. The entire movement is actually made in China. The plates, gears etc. The movements are then assembled in Swiss factories using swiss screws, jewels and swiss labor. The screws, jewels and labor are enough "Swiss parts" in it to be called Swiss Made.
As a big watch guy...... you just made me cry :-(

Interested in the early turn signal switch.

I vote diff three..... the same thing happened to me about three months ago.

Check your booster..... I was driving and I hit a D.C. pothole and had the exact same symptoms you are describing. Hit the brakes while at idle and see if the engine smooths out or if you hear a hiss when you release the brake pedal.

Dudley
