  1. The San Diego Region SCCA will host the Western RallyCross National Challenge Championship event on September 26-27 at Soak City Water Park in Chula Vista, CA. This event follows the Eastern Challenge Championship the weekend prior and will be a show case of the who’s who in RallyCross West of the Rockies. The SCCA Nationals will follow in Farmington Colorado two weeks later. This event is open to all competitors with a current SCCA Member card and individuals that complete a temporary SCCA Membership at the event site ($15). We have some great sponsors coming on board and prize packages for the trophy winners. A state of the art timing and scoring system with a crew to match will keep the quality of this two day competition second to none on a flowing and challenging .7 mile long course. In the next day or so the Supplementary Rules and Regulations (includes competition schedule) will be found here: http://www.sdr-scca.com/RallyCross/Schedule/. There will be a lot more information to come as well as online entry at rallydata.com. Please read all of the information as it becomes available! 3. Hi, who's ready for some outdoor karting fun? Fidelity Motorsports has reserved the Calspeed karting track for an arrive & drive event on Memorial Day, Monday 5/26/08. The track is located at California speedway - just outside the tunnel entrance to the main track. Here is a link to the venue information http://www.calspeedkarting.com/track.html Currently we are scheduled for a half day event with the first kart out at 9:00AM. If enough people are interested & come out, we can upgrade to full day. Pricing will be $25.00 per session or $15.00 if you arrive in or purchase an official Fidelity Motorsports t-shirt. As with all Fidelity Motorsports events a portion of the profits will go directly to support our local race teams. If you don't have a Fidelity Motorsports T-shirt, you can either buy one from the website ( http://www.fidelitymotorsports.com ) or at the event. Can't wait to see you all there! 4. The event is taking place at the California Speedway interior course. In addition to the time attack event, a driving clinic with two intermediate and two advanced run groups is available. If you still want to be part of the action but don't want to put your cars on the track, there will be performance karts in the parking lot for $10.00 per session. They will have a car show and a couple gaming stations to keep spectators occupied as well as free admission! To register for the driving clinic or time attack, go to http://fidelitymotorsports.com. Please direct all questions to info@fidelitymotorsports.com
