I used too live just down 257 from dasRing. I miss it and when ever I more than a day off flying thru we go to do a few laps.
I also miss karting as it is so chep there, you can do 45 minutes of straight karting for 20 euros. Here in Boston you pay 35 bucks for 7 minutes. Just wrong.

I wish that significant other would enjoy a ride in the M3 or one of my swapped cars but nope...she barely some days enjoys the convertible I bought for her.
Women are fickle and we as men are willing to put up with quite alot.
-
Better get plugging away on them.
-
Steve, here's an equally impressive rebuild.
Is your car mobile yet?

These ebay seats are overpriced thats for sure. I sat in these seats before. As a matter of fact, it was a car than John Barlow offering for sale a long time ago. It came with a nice set of these seats at a whopping $3500 yes, with the rest of the car attached (5spd/weber side draft/suspension..etc)
Boneyard in Germany? ahh sounds like a fantasy. I wonder how was that place like?
hamada
Hmm being used to live there from 01-05 I think that I would know where the yards are.
I have three sets of those big bolstered E30 Recaro's I plan on putting those in all my E30's. Only need three sets to go. Be selling my M3's gray leather soon as the seats are uncomfortable to me.
-
Ask Blunt he got his for... Better yet for the amount he is charging I would have expected them alot tighter and neat with fabric tucks.
I got these last year out of a boneyard in Germany for 75 bucks for all the seats and panels.
But then again I portage my own crap back to the US on Fred.[/img]

Seems like all the tracks are adopting this idea. LRP just went this way as well.
-
I know about supply and demand but this is way overpriced it insane.
-
I'd let BLUNT behind the wheel anytime, but after the sordid tale he told on Sunday I plan on keeping my lady friend a safe distance away.
I wouldn't, he won't or hasn't taken out that fancy red car in how long has it been? 10 months?
Go drive that thing.
-
Ah, he's a PIA..... Just kidding man. I need a couple of things in near future, before price increase on Dreaded E30 crap. I will drop you a line when ready to order.
You have a CC machine?

Sorry for the loss of your Dad, it's trying. There has been way to mainy passing of Dad's here in the last year to say the least.
My Dad passed away 11 years ago at the ripe age of 54 and it has taken some time to adjust to loosing him.
Rely on friends and loved ones to prop you up man we are here for you.

Thanks Blunt,
Sheel Mans...goosh ! your very luck to find these...I sent an email off to Sheel man in germany a few weeks ago to ask them if they can supply me with their latest brochure. I know these seat are rare but would be interested in a pair if you know of anyone who is selling them in good condition.
Ebay.de is your best chance on finding a set.

At 1500 that's worth just getting one to keep wrapped in oil paper in the back of the garage.
-
From what I garnered from Gary Martin at Martin Motorsports is that all remaining 2.3L blocks have been bought up by Korman Motorsports.
Is this true?
for $1500 what is included in the EVO II engine. Just block no pistons rods or crank.

I see the seats I found you look ______ ? Words can't describe them.
That's a stock S14 header correct or is that a 50/50 unit?
-
Well, guess I have to browse more often. Been on the dreaded s14 boards lately.

Haven't been around much so if this a repost excuse me.

Just one belt vs the three on our car. Like the one on your S52. I have seen a few m20's running this setup now too.
Less slip on the belts and has to be more efficent and less parasitic drag.
The car looks uber thou. What mag is lined up to shot it first? PBMW?
-
Kinda wondering Steve why you did not go with a single rib style belt. I imagined that you would have tried that first over the M boys.
Car is looking fantastic, want to add a CF unit to my s14?
-
RZ are looking good with the flairs. Still broke out in the system as normal. I don't expect to be back to the US until Wednesday at a minium.
-
I had an issues with them also and I try not to ship with them now.
I use DHL or Fred express from Germany when I come home.
FedHell dropped my custom box for 5/6 cylinder heads and destroyed a Hartge H26 head. Fell off the back of the semi. It had handles and marking for two man lift but the dumb a$$es dropped it anyway.
Can't stand Fed Ground due to they are private contractors working for Fed Hell.

I've never been down in the southern half of Honshu. I used to live in Misawa as I was stationed at Misawa Kichi.
The tow hooks pictured were from M tech cars. I have a few in the garage in a box somewhere.
Hit the hobby shops while you are over there as Hasagawa and Tamiya have good local only kits.

It was near Parshaville Michigan.

any small Cessna service can recommend an oil analysis. Look for a small FBO to send them a sample.
