    Thanks for your input Hen yes the clear plastic wedges are there but the slide still does not reach the painted bollard it is about an inch short

    Thanks for your comments yes touched where the front seal is , the slide doesn’t even reach the bump stop

    It is very possible I have done something wrong ,, it looks like the cable stops about an inch short of the stopper, it looks like the hinge contraption still needs to move further towards the front of the car as the metal panel of the roof touches first ,

    Yes in 1974 bmw had an option for a electric Golde sunroof , they are great if you can get it adjusted which is what I am struggling with , should be basic but I am struggling

    Hi All I have a 74 02 with an electric sunroof, I have just installed new cables and now the sunroof will not close . the front of the sunroof hits before the cables hit the stopper and raise the back , anyone got experience with this

    Hi all I hope someone can help with a little advice , I have a 74 02 with the electric sunroof . I have just installed new cables however now the front of the sunroof Touches at the closed position before the cables reach the stop and the back rises ? Anyone got some advice
