You're good. My car was actually a very sad story. I spent some time in McAllen, TX and worked in Mexico. Normally we had a shuttle that would carry to and from the factory, but occasionally I had to go in early for video conferences. One foggy morning in Mexico, I got hit in the left front. Fortunately, I did have insurance and received a decent settlement, but I was at the point of either having to do a full restore or give it up. (I had purchased it new.) I wound up selling it to a coworker who actually did get it back together and did a C+ restoration. Sadly, he somehow got involved with one of the drug cartels and had a cement block dropped on the hood shortly before he stopped working for us. I regret my decision.
