Have WUR out of the car and cleaned it up. Does it require any lubrication? Is there a way to bench test it?

I have been through the fuel injector manual and confirmed linkage settings. One odd item. Idle screw is totally backed out and motor idles. Most likely due to rich condition

Cleaned inlet filter and return filter. Cold injector power connector is unplugged

I took out all injectors and cleaned them. Pulled tank and had it redone. New 3 series fuel pump. All new fuel lines

It idles good but does not wrap up under load. It stumbles and then catches up at higher RPM. New recommended copper plugs, new cap/rotor/wires

Previous owner gutted cold start controls box. The injector is totally disconnected. Shouldn’t be a factor for rich condition. Car does stumble under acceleration. I am thinking it is do to rich condition

It does not appear to move. Not sure if it was up to temp when I stopped, Is there a hose or something between WUR and intake. I assume it is taking in air from atmosphere as it sucks in carburetor cleaner. Not much documentation on how it really works

The WUR is an air intake for cold start conditions as well as the actuator of the kugel enrichment...so when you spray gunk down there you replace the air with gunk and that will drop the rpm...or stall it...is the WUR moving as it warms up??

Car is running rich and missing. Read about warm up valve on back of kugelfischer as possible cause. While car running I watched to see if piston pushed up after heating up. It had some gunk on top of the piston. Much to my surprise when I sprayed carburetor cleaner down by the warm up valve the rpm dropped. Repeated multiple time. Hit it with a long shot and it actually stalled the car. What would cause this behavior??

I hear ya. I have a year and a half in it. New tires,exhaust,fuel pump, etc. went through brakes, fuel system,etc. it would be a shame to not have it on the road

Good day,
Followed all advice and got it running pretty well. Front suspension broke while test driving and wiped out the front fender. A lot of damage. Will most likely sell the car for parts as I can't afford all of the body work.

I changed the AutoLite plugs to the recommended, new wires, cleaned up distributor,removed vacuum line and timed it to 25 Degrees at 1400 RPM. It is running good. Best yet.
I am going to set the timing to 25 degrees at 2400 RPM as recommended to see if it gets any better.
May get a Pertronix in it or purchase the distributor on eBay.
Thanks again to all for the help. I was getting ready to push it of a cliff. Push it because I couldn't drive it off.

I will be getting timing light / dwell meter. Not sure how to actually hook up the dwell meter to check dwell. If it is off, hoe is dwell adjusted. By the points gap?

Is there a job aid on how to set dwell.
note: I disconnected the vacuum and set timing to 25 degrees at 1400 RPM. Car is running Better than it ever has. I will reset to 25 degrees at 2400 and report results
