For sale: 1969 BMW 1600/2. I bought it in 2015 and planned a restoration. It runs and drives, but still needs restoration.
I haven't had the time to do anything productive on the car due to many other irons in the fire. It's got rust in most of the typical spots and has some body damage you can see in some of the pictures.
I was told that the car has been converted to E21 brakes when I bought it. The engine runs well with some blow by at idle. I have both front and rear bumpers. They're bent but in good enough condition to be straightened. The car drives okay, but obviously needs some love.
Price is $3500.. I'm open to offers.
