I am interested in purchasing a project 2002; my first BMW. I am 27 and started planning this build when I was in High School.
I plan on eventually putting about $20k into the car but definitely not all at once (F22c track/street build).
I am looking for the following:
2002 for cheap, preferably in the $2-4k range
Preferably running, though this is not necessary. I will run it with the stock engine till after I do the brakes and suspension.
Minimal rust, if there is rust I want to be able to easily cut and replace it.
I missed out on the attached car and I’m pretty upset about it. It sold in under 12 hours.
