    MIDAMERICA'02 FEST 2020 - RESCHEDULED

    Due to COVID -19 spreading infections, we are rescheduling the MidAmerica 02 Fest this year to a new date, August 20, 21,22. This is one of two dates, both in August, that were available due to longstanding Fall events held in Eureka Springs.
    The same room rate at the Best Western Eureka Inn will be available.
    Action Required – those of you with hotel reservations contact the Best Western Eureka Inn and cancel your reservation, and at the same time, make a new reservation for the August dates if you would like to join us. Jed the manager at the hotel has requested that you contact them by email rather than phone. info@eurekabw.com
    Current registrations and pre-orders will be discarded for now. Then assuming the reschedule date is still on track in early July we will start the registration and pre-ordering process over again as we just did on our website, midamerica02fest.com.
    We look forward to seeing everyone in August. We will start over and make the best of the situation.
    MidAm 21 will be held April 22, 23, 24, 2021, the corresponding date to our traditional weekend.

    I just talked to Frank Greppo. The date for 2020 should be confirmed in a week or so.
