I have a 1976 BMW 2002 for sale. It is still in one piece. I am parting it out. I have a 1974 engine in pieces in the trunk. I have two back windshields. I have all door and back seat glass from the 1974. I have a 1980 320i engine and transmission (I was going to swap the transmission - the 1976 has a automatic transmission so the housing is big enough for the 5 speed). I have 2 extra blocks. I have the 1974 4 speed transmission. The 1976 transmission is automatic. The car used to run. I got deployed and came home and it didn't run anymore. I didn't have the money to have the transmission rebuilt so it has sat in the back yard for about 5 years. I am going to build a new house and it isn't coming with me. I have a rebuild head with a Schrik 292 cam in it. It sat in the car and got rusted. Not bad though. I have the head gasket set to go with it. The 1976 had a blown head gasket and I was going to swap the head but never got around to it. Lots of projects I had planned but getting deployed messed all those plans up - bad military - oh well.
