  1. i was looking for a ti airbox but would have to switch to a tii m/c for clearance. I'm going to fab an airbox to integrate with the alfa horns over the winter as I would like some kind of paper filtering element, maybe an oval cobra type filter? the foam socks kind of remove the nice aesthetic for me...like the old school look...

  2. My car came with korman roadsport suspension- matched HDs with lowered springs. Handles incredibly well and remains supple- i had major harshness issues on my early 2200lb 911 with stiffer torsion bars and bilsteins. I even had the shocks revalved to match the tb's, but still too harsh. The problem is that most stocks have progressive valving, meaning that as they compress, the shock becomes stiffer. I switched to digressive valving and it completely changed the ride, the shock softens at the end of the compression range and keeps the wheels on the road over bumps. You can do the same with your bilsteins..

  3. borrow an IR temp gun and aim it at the upper radiator to check temps to see if they correspond with gauge. replace temp sensor. burp lower hose with heater open. check ground on gauge. I had similar issue and replaced thermostat, reboiled my modified radiator, etc. In the end, it was the ground.

  4. Mine went on fairly easily a month ago...definite increase in response from the prior bosal and supersprint exhaust, then again the top end of my engine is breathed upon with a 292, etc. Absolutely love the sound! Not too loud, deep and not raspy... Just ordered the step down header tonight...

  5. Saw the car this evening. Honest car, very very nice interior with all original stock parts r, runs v well, drivers paint job, clean underside, has a couple of small rust spots on front fender ahead of doors but otherwise clean. Brightwork could be replaced and paint could use a color sand. Very nice guy as well!
