sounds crazy but any time I see parts in ""Denver"" for sale I just think it's Bryce using another name / account and just pass them on by-

OR contact that person in Denver to make sure that have proven track record with previous sales of parts to any one that will , can vouch for them.

 this came off the 73 parts car- it's very straight but need love- needs the rubber strip to be complete- not sure if it was OEM but it is the early style with short ends

center section and both short ends are still there- NO brackets- some hardware holding it together (not OEM)

it could use a good rub with polish , like a rough diamond or re-chrome your call.

no rust ( almost 0 ) on facing side but a little here and there on the inside of the bumper

I ended up with almost 2 sets of everything when I got this parts car we had to cut up, plus the car I am re-building- I need to make room and try to help otehr that may need these parts that are just taking up room at the shop and my home.

got three blanks from 'online' for 18$ w/ shipping, but I don't even have a trunk key at all.

easier to get a key made to fit or just yank out the lock mech and replace w/ new one that comes with new key??

registered my two cars (one carnage) and the second would not let me update to content of the message??? Any way- one less 02 out there due to rust- and not enough left to rebuild- it was falling apart from the inside out-  between  the sheet metal, floors where gone, trunks was missing- even the inside of the roof had a ton of surface rust that just got worse the more you went into the pillars and lower----but I got some spare parts now and the entire ac unit to get my soon to be daily driver going again...

short list done or doing now - 320i alt. -s14 starter- just did water pump, all new IE Silicone hoses (thanks again) new sway bars, strut braces- new plug wires- plugs- Water thermostat- lots of little stuff before the big ""engine rebuild""

Have seen pics of these from time to time, now can't find the source for these??  Looking at doing an Oil cooler update with the relocation kit all at the same time.

I did use search- what a pain- better to reach and ask, too many non-useful posts to sift through and still did not find the info

makes  me think of the 700 rs??  I would love that thing with an air cooled 1100-700cc bike engine 'pushing' on a 6 speed gearbox...just saying.     would better than a SMART car.

I don't ever recall buying from him - IF I did it was blind ebay purchase and it worked out?? No clue- 

But I think it's odd to get the email when I see soooo many un-happy customers..? MAYBE?? maybe he had my info from a long time back- that I know of , in the last 6 years I have not purchase anything that came from Denver..

got it in Tucson in 2006, color unknown, silver primer?? interior, none, condition? almost got scrapped out, Paid 250$, then put almost that in tires and starter to drive it home. NOW, it's a parts car, getting prepped to strip for parts, and cut it up, I won;t sell it the way it, not safe, too much floor rot, trunk rot, rust , body cancer.......

My Malaga with a 20 foot paint job, got it in 2007 Phoenix Az.

Asking price, 4k,  sold for 2k! I almost got it for 1800

runs strong. 130K miles,  It had some issue, it looked nice from a distance, then you saw the inside, that scared off half dozen other potential buyers... example it had No back seats, Fronts were frames and blankets over them, no carpet, door cards bad, all rubber--bad

So far: things done

Needs a brake over haul, doing that, got rotors and rebuilt calipers, 

IE sway bars, done

new shocks and struts, check, still need the front mount done

new wire, spark plugs, Dist. cap, rotor, 

New IE radiator, kill the original.....

electric fans going in....

New to me, re-skinned front seat from mid 80 porsche, white centers blue bolsters

Grant hub $50 used, 

New steering wheel, new shift knob Both white both 120 combined.

It needed seat belts., check

I got new hard line brake line, Need to do, along with Master Cyl, maybe booster to for piece of mind.

I loved these cars since 1984, my friends older brother had a 76 Malaga, wanted one since 89, tried to get a few m but most cars where not for sale, or priced out of the world, those did not need any work = less fun, this way I got to re-do it as I wanted with out having to strip out good useful stuff for no good reason.

there are more parts I have for it, control arms, urethane bushings, center link, tie rods etc etc that will be done along with complete front suspension rebuild. 

for a long time my car only had a driver's seat. I now have flip up 'trophy' seats up front,  deleted the rears seats. So no reason to go back. Plus It throws the car off when there is more than one person in the car.

bolt your Momo steering wheel on this and go......

I found a grant hub and could not get the adapter to go from momo hub to grant so my lose is your gain.

It's enough time for most of us  to work out bugs in the mechanicals, wash the grime off, wax, buff,  what ever feels good to our cars. between now and then , just throwing it out there.

We all have stuff going on in our lives so not being in a rush gives us all a chance to be there bring our rides and meet some new cool people.
