  3. I could use a driver's side fender email me if it is still available
  4. Yeah, I've heard of it referred to by various other names too. I've just never heard of the aluminum trim around the hood referred to as "belt trim" and wanted to make sure we were talking about the same thing. So when one refers to "belt trim", are they talking about the aluminum upper trim or the lower "knee-line trim?" I've been under the impression that the belt trim was the lower trim but perhaps I am mistaken.
  5. Yes, technically it is aluminum...Just as long as it isn't black rubber with a mtl strip in it (aka "belt trim", which obviously doesn't belong on the hood unless there's something I'm missing) then I'm interested. I am planning some bodywork on my '02 soon and was thinking about ditching the belt trim anyway. I'm in Tucson, AZ so we're not too far apart. Let's discuss the logistics via email as I'm not on the forum all that often. eddie119@yahoo.com.
  6. Do you mean the three piece chrome hood trim for the door belt trim? where are you located?

  12. I've been shopping around for some new square tail lights. Best price I've found so far is around $95 ea shipped. Anyone know where to find a better price? Thanks
  13. I haven't done the conversion myself you'll want to consult those who have been down that road already I think that this is most of what you need though You'll need to shorten the DS. This is the original DS for the trans/diff so it already has matching flanges The trans mount is different so you either weld a new bracket or use an adapter I think you use spacers for the CV joints or re-drill the flanges My clutch is used, still has life but I would at least put a fresh disc in
  14. I checked the offset on my rims today. Thet are ET40. That doesn't sound right for the '02. I bet they were from a Honda or something. I remember the Saab rims too. I'll change the listing because they clearly aren't for an '02.
  15. The chrome pecker rims are strickly performance oriented, 8-12 HP min. From what I hear
  16. My wife still kinda likes them I had to remove 'em though due to the vented disc brake upgrade they wouldn't fit over the calipers ended putting turbines on now the car looks very typical my turbines are pretty crappy though badly need to be refinished I wasn't a fan of these ronals intially either but they did grow on me over time I don't love 'em, but I don't hate 'em either they DID make the car look unique compared to other '02s in town I got a lot more compliments about the car before the turbines
  17. ooops, my bad I saw the "go back to your sheep" thing and it reminded me of an old joke from a Kuwaiti soldier I met, wasn't very PC though, probably better not go there
  18. You hurt me bad man my feelings are devasted your opinions really did have "a huge impact on the sale of my feeling" (?) you've got to admit though, this thread isn't about my rims for sale anymore this clown from Gilbert has added all kinds of fun humping sheep (a classic that never gets old) forum membership (totally valid...I iddn't know about it, so call me a dumb ass. Not really the best way to solicite new members though) Politics (I'd love to comment on that one but I'm more in agreement with his stupid ass) I say screw it...it's all jacked up now anyway Let's get a real hot topic and see if we can really piss some people off Who's in favor or against the immigration bill in AZ?????
  19. Oh okay Mr. Moose right away sir Anything else I can do? LMAO I think you've jumped to conclusions Moose my feelings aren't hurt I can see your balls are pretty bold here on the internet I'm merely pointing out that Jay's comment has turned this thread into something other than a person getting rid of some rims for a 2002 I'll admit, I don't really know how things work around here on this forum. As you can see, I am new to this forum. I don't know what you mean by "A real account" or a "non-member position." I presume it refers to members who financially support the forum are members. I wasn't aware that this forum had membership. I can't wait to join!!!! sniffle sniffle boo hoo LOL
  20. Your opinions are irrelevant to because no one asked for your insults. The purpose of the thread was to sell an item that you apparently have deemed unworthy. Perhaps the other people here are content to allow you to not only critique the items for sale, but also represent the culture and character of this forum. Despite the fact that your opinions are irrelevant, they are still capable of influencing the hundreds of viewers. Yes, it is true that people can decide for themselves whether or not they agree with you. The point is that now the thread is about you and your opinion and the item no longer has the opportunity to stand on it's own merit. It has become a game now about insults and antagonism which is evident by the simple minded follower from Gilbert AZ who just couldn't pass up the chance to join the fun game of insults. A bit like grade school really, but maybe that's the culture here on this forum. I requsted to the moderator that the thread be cancelled but received no reply. I asked you to withdraw your insulting comment, which you displayed your clever quote to reiterate your insult. Based on the outcome, it appears that although one person feels you were out of line, this is actually acceptable here. Apart from the one exception, the other couple hundred viewers don't mind that you represent the forum in this manner. Maybe you're right jay maybe your actions have no reprocussions maybe...
  21. please edit your post and delete your comment. This is not a discussion and your opinion is not relevant. It is potentially interfering with the intended objective of this thread.
