We're having a BMW Cars & Toys event in Houston this Saturday morning.   We'll have around 20 02's plus other vintage BMWs.   I believe 2 of those 02's are for sale that meets your needs.   You'll also meet our local support group if you plan to do any work yourself.   You are invited to come to the event.   Entrance fee is an unwrapped toy for a worthy cause.

I'm looking to install AC in a Tii I'm having restored.   I'm also in Houston so the AC is a necessity.   I'm torn between a Behr system like yours or a modern system that also replaces the heater box.  Any recommendation?

Also, your Behr faceplate did not have the ashtray opening.  Is that an aftermarket panel?

I would love to be able to discuss with you in person if possible.

BTW, I have been reading your other posts regarding the below wheels.   The first and third one is being offered to me on the car.  The first one you said is not OEM and you have the second one in your car.   Any info on the third one?

I was fascinated by the group's depth of knowledge on a vehicle based on just a VIN number as based on this thread.

I'm new to this forum and am looking to purchase a 71 2002 Tii VIN 2705664 originally from Italy.  It is being restored at this time but no other background info.  Was hoping if anyone has additional info like they did for VIN 2716948.   Thanks in advance.

Is all the items still available, including the knobs?  I'm in Houston.
