Interesting that the Hagerty average value is $9.1k vs. the NADA average of $15.2k.  I expect the disparity is due to a dearth of data points.

Prices on the Euro site are all over the place.

Data points on 700 sales are few and far between.  NADA lists a low retail of $7.9k, an average retail of $15.2k, and a high retail of $24k (see the link below and notes) - - - but doesn't distinguish between a standard vs. sport coupe.

Any thoughts on current market values?

Low Retail Value
This vehicle would be in mechanically functional condition, needing only minor reconditioning. The exterior paint, trim and interior would show normal wear, needing only minor reconditioning. Attached are the additional pics I received.  Asking price is $22.5k and the car is described as being in good running order.  The original owner was purportedly Vasek Polak which gives it some provenance for those who care about such things.

I'm new to 700's, but the ask seems pretty high, especially for a standard (not Sport) Coupe with a non-stock paint scheme.  I expected as much when my friend told me the ask was $18k in the early 2000's.  It's somewhat interesting that the asking price only went up $4.5k (25%) over 13-14 years when market value for 700's probably went up significantly more during that time period.

I would be interested in hearing opinions about current market values as there aren't many 700 sale data points to go on.

Will any 700's be there?

Coincidentally, I'm in the process of buying a house about a block away from the meetup location.
