Hi Everyone,
Before I post to the normal classifieds, I wanted to post here first to give Bay Area folks first dibs on some parts I have leftover now that I've sold my 1971 2002.
I'll upload some pictures when I get home tonight.
- Five 14" Bottlecaps. A couple wheels have very old tires. All are in decent shape and could be refinished or used as a track wheel, no cracks, bends, or damage apart from some dirt: $200
- Four Very Good Condition 13" Hubcaps. Some minor scuffs and small dents but overall a 8/10 condition. Could easily be used on a daily driver or given some TLC for show quality (Photos are of my car before I swapped them out for Panasports): $200
- NEW BMW Aero Wind Splitters (Hood). Never got around to installing them. Still in box: SOLD
- Driver Side Flag Mirror: Comes with mounting bar and set screw: SOLD
- Brand New Leather Wrapped BMW Shift Knob: $80
- Steel 13" Wheels: OK but old tires mounted. Free with purchase of hubcaps.
- Original Springs, all four corners: $20
- Original Anti-Roll Bars, front and rear: $20
- Emissions Air Pump, spins freely: $20
I'm located in San Anselmo (94960) and can meet any evening after 7pm or on weekends. No shipping but could meet up anywhere in Marin County.
Thanks!
Kellin

How does one add their car to the registry?

I think it’s a bit much for your car. I’ve seen it on Instagram and it’s so clean. Have you seen the Kooglewerks front lips? I think the small / short one would look awesome on your car.
-
Who did your paint? I’m in the Bay Area and considering a repaint. And what color is that?? Looks so good.

had the most "normal" car on the field i think. plus in terms of how nice the other cars where i was outclassed
but still had the only stock 2002 on the entire field. but jackie stewart did stop by and admire it and mention this was bmw's giant killer which was really cool
So amazing!! And I think you did a great job representing. For most people in attendance, your car is probably one of the few they could actually buy.
I think the 2002 is so special because EVERYONE has a 2002 story. Whether they owned one, their dad/mom/uncle/brother/sister/neighbor/friend owned one, etc — everyone has a connection to the car. It elicits joy and nostalgia in the best way possible.
Anyway...thanks for representing!!!

Thank you. H&R progressive springs with Bilstein sports IE sway bars on 15” Rota RB’s. Little old school. It’s been a long time since I modified the suspension.
While we’re at it — what color paint is that? Hard to tell -
How much are you looking to spend?
-
Looks rad! What’s your wheel & suspension setup?
-
Since my shipping will not until be until Monday, I will honor the FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states until Sunday night 12 PM EST. Thanks all, you made this a very fun venture, Cheers Allan
Payment sent!
Thanks Allan for making these — I’ve been searching EVERYWHERE for them.- 1
