From the XP disc...
Here is the down load link to the PDF version:

Here is a link to the HTML version. When you unzip the file and click the ".html" object, it should open in your browser and have navigation to the individual sections..that's the theory anyway.
The HTML file uses the ‘images’ file, so do not move or rename that file if you are planning on using the HTML piece. You can however copy the images file and move the copy where ever for just opening the jpegs individually.
And, I suppose it could be plugged into a web site..

Yer welcome!
::::::::UPDATE 1.19.2013:::::::
What am I missing? The Drop Box file won't open and has a warning of not being supported, or corrupted. The pdf link takes me to iCloud, but where do i go from there to find the pdf to download, and the html also takes me to iCloud. What is the proper way to down load the file?

I got the valve out, and disassembled. It is amazingly simple with only the body, plug, o-ring, and an internal retaining ring. I got a new o-ring from the hardware store and will start the reassembly soon (with pictures to follow). Hopefully anyone with an early type valve will have the information to deal with theirs when it starts leaking.

I have searched the forum, and found threads/topics dealing with a leaking heater valve on the later '02s, but I have not seen one on how to repair a leaking heater valve on an early '02. I have a 1970 with a leaking valve, and want to know if the same hardware o-ring fix works on the earlier valve?

I am also looking at a Carter In-Line Electric Fuel Pump GP60504 (Free Flow Rate:30 gph, Maximum Pressure (psi):4 psi). This one is mentioned also as a possibility.

Does anyone have experience with Mr. Gasket fuel pumps, specifically the 12S or 42S Micro Electronic fuel pumps? I have a '70 I bought some years back, and am starting to go through it. The previous owner replaced the engine with a 318i (M10) engine with the 2BBL 2002 manifold and a 32/36 DGV Weber. As a result of having the 318i without the spot for the mechanical fuel pump he installed an eletric fuel pump that I want to replace with something else.
