Hypothetical question, if money were no object could you put a mechanical AWD system on a 2002 ?

I have been reading about Alpina quite a bit and would love to tune a 2002 into something alpina would have done. My questions are:

there is a '74 TII on ebay for $6,800 on long island. does anyone know this car, it seems too cheap, no?

I know that '73 was the last year the 2002 had a metal grill and they changed over to the black plastic. My question is can i change the plastic grill on my '76 to a metal one? is it relatively easy?

Hi everyone, I'm thinking about jumping into the pool soon and there is a sweet car that I'm considering. It's a '76 2002 that has a converted engine with a supercharger. Everything that I've read about the car says to me that it was done right and with care, my question is am I getting over my head. I'm just worried that with a car that has so much done to it that I'm asking for problems and would I be better off just getting a rebuilt 2002 with a carb. Any feedback? I added the article on the car, does anyone know the car?
