A few pics of the finished install. It's been done for a while but haven't had the time to dial in the software to optimize the idle rpm

I have a used air intake manifold with a working 32/36 (filter setup included). It was recently swapped out of my 74 in favor of Mega squirt fuel injection. 

Funny, 6 years after installing the e24 rear seats I was thinking about installing the seat belts. I discovered that the e24 female seat belt receivers are not compatible with the 2002 male rear seat belts. Any brilliant solutions out there?

Remaining steps include dropping in the OEM in take fuel sender/pump, wiring the injectors and sensors and crossing fingers

After several years of enjoying the carb'd 02 with the electronic spark from mega squirt, I am moving forward with the final steps of the EFI conversion. I am working with Erik at Rathmann Autoworks in Poway Ca to finish up the tricky aspects of the Megasquirt FI install. 

Attached below are a few photos of the stock intake being replaced with the new manifold and the custom  throttle linkage install.

Not shown are the new fuel lines installed, the fuel rail install, new coolant hoses and neck etc. All done to spec for an 02 conversion as documented by the pioneers of this surgery.

PS They are 11" apart on my 74

You might want to try measuring the distance between the steel rod bows which are insrted through the seams to provide suspended support to the headliner

Has anyone driven through San Pasqual Valley around the Orfila Vineyards ? Theres some great mountain roads with major twisties and hills leading up to it from certain directions. Planning a route would take some time but I've made that drive a few times and it is quite a blast need to look out for bikers on tight corners.
