MidAmerica 02 Fest 23 will have a new home this spring.  Our host hotel has changed hands and will not be available.  

If you have reservations for this spring, call 479-253-9551 to cancel.

We hope to have a new home and date soon.

Our host hotel is sold out.  We have secured a block of rooms at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks.  The Inn of the Ozarks is a short distance west of the Fest hotel - 207 W Van Buren,  Eureka Springs, AR.

Please mention "BMW Group" for the group rate.  Reservations - 479-253-9768.  The block will be held for a limited time.  

An internet search will also yield a large number of bed and breakfast establishments in Eureka Springs near the Fest.

Registration will open closer to the event.

Please allow me to be more specific.

Not in need of the square light faux perforated material.  I should not have assumed this would not be considered "basket weave" by some.

I am looking for '69 - early '72  woven appearing "basket weave" material used in the center sections of the seats. At some point in early 1972 this material was changed.  The later "basket weave" ran from early 1972 production through the end of round light sedan production.

If someone has a nice rear seat back cover or a cover with a good basket weave portion please email, we can sort out early/late basket weave by photograph.

We will open registration and preorder of t-shirts,caps, etc in early July

Due to COVID-19 spreading infections, we are the rescheduling the MidAmerica 02 Fest to August 20, 21, 22.  This is one of two dates, both in August, that were available to us due to longstanding Fall events held in Eureka Springs.

The same room rate at the Best Western Eureka Inn will be available.

Those with reservations for the April dates, please cancel your reservations and make new reservations for August 20,21, 22, if you would like to join us.  The hotel has requested that this be done by email rather than phone.   info@eurekabw.com

Current Fest registration and preorders will be discarded for now. Then assuming the rescheduled date is still on track, in early July we will start the registration and preordering process again on our website,   midamerica02fest.com

MidAmerica 02 Fest 21 will be held April 22, 23,24, 2021, the corresponding date to our traditional weekend.

We look forward to seeing everyone in August.  We will start over and make the best of the situation.  Thanks for your patience and understanding. 

As of late this afternoon, there were a few rooms available at the Best Western Eureka Inn.  Number above.

The host hotel, Best Western Eureka Inn 479-253-9551, is sold out.  All rooms were blocked for our group. It is likely there will be rooms available due to cancellation, but the Stone Gate Lodge 479-253-8800 has blocked rooms for our overflow.

Last year we had 73 2002s from 26 states.  It certainly appears we will establish a new record number of 02s for our event this year.  Great news, but we need your help.

PLEASE go to midamerica02fest.com - register, and let us know how many in your party will be eating Friday and Saturday evening meals with us.  There is no registration fee or charge for the meals, but is is a big help in planning if we have a number.

It also helps us if you will preorder caps, t-shirts,etc. 

These orders must be in by March 17.

Registration and Friday and Saturday dinner count will remain open until the event.

We look forward to seeing everyone.  It is always great to get 2002 folks together.

For those of you who are headed to Eureka Springs for MidAm -
