Orlando FL ~ La Traviata ~ Lunch and the opera

(0 reviews)

We will meet for lunch at a nearby restaurant (TBD). Ticket prices vary. Advise you do not wait too long to purchase. This show is the Sunday 2pm matinee. I will be inviting other vintage car clubs to join us.

La Traviata (“The Wayward One”) is Violetta, a high-class Parisian courtesan who longs for passion, but is deathly afraid of being consumed by it. Despite her fears, she falls deeply in love with young Alfredo. Their love affair is cut short by Alfredo’s father and Violetta’s frail health. Verdi’s soaring melodies reveal every nuance of their stormy and steamy liaison. Sung in Italian with English supertitles.
