Early arrivals into Penang & check-in at your hotels
19:00 Meet & Greet for early arrivals at Bayview Georgetown ground floor lobby. (including discussion on optional Saturday Island Drive)

Saturday 26th March
10:00 Roll-out for Penang Island Drive (optional, for early arrivals), over the centre of the island via Ayer Itam into Balik Pulau with at least one coffee stop, then the winding road to Teluk Bahang, through Batu Ferringhi and straight to 32Mansion by 12:00
11:00-14:00 Arrival of Cars at Thirty Two Mansion 32, Jln Sultan Ahmad Shah, George Town. Cars will be directed by marshalls, please take time to position your car as directed by marshalls for the afternoon show. GATES CLOSE at 14:00
11:00 Event Registration Opens - please pay cash for event fees. Pickup goodie bags with posters, car stickers, drink coupon & event polo shirt.
Scan MySejahtera at building entrance.
13:00 Thirty Two Mansion event Buffet Lunch opens (strictly for registered participants)
14:00-17:00 Judging of Penang Round Island Rally Concours d’Elegance (we will contact you to be ready by your car when judges are ready…we won't touch your car without you present)
all afternoon Driver relaxation beachside at Beach Blanket Babylon and the show area

(bring a hat & sunscreen, as the show area can be quite hot)
18:00 Cars depart for overnight parking at your hotel (Bayview Georgetown has arranged
covered secure parking for guests cars in their multi-storey parking lot)
19:00 President’s Sundowner Drink at Skybar, Rooftop, Bayview George Town (1st drink coupon in your goodie bag) Scan MySejahtera at building entrance.

Sunday 27th March
Check-out of your hotel early, as we will not be returning to George Town today.
9:00 Driver/Navigator briefing for PRIR Treasure Hunt competition at Bayview Georgetown ground floor lobby. You must attend this to get instructions for the event. You will need your handphone fully-charged to upload pictures to WhatsApp during the hunt.
9:30-10:30 Flag-Off for PRIR George Town Treasure Hunt from Bayview Georgetown hotel forecourt (you may depart at any time 9:30-10:30) make sure driver’s or co-driver’s lanyard tag is scanned at flag-off!
(only one lanyard per car needs to scanned at start & end of treasure hunt)
12:00-13:00 Arrival at Khun Thai Restaurant, Mukim 9, 1052 Pasir Belanda, 11920 Teluk
Kumbar, Pulau Pinang

13:00 Set Thai-style Lunch - 10 per table additional drinks at your own cost
