Price:: 25 minimum Location: : Savannah,TN 1976 BMW 2002 Sunroof Model window sales sticker. Serial Number: 2742542. Car was Chamonix with dark blue interior, a 4-speed, with corduroy/leatherette seats, 5Jx13 inch Sport wheels, manual sunroof and 'low' front seats. Known as a "Monroney Label" this is the original, 40 year old document that came with the car listing options, fuel mileage, etc. Also, I have the Auto Dealer's extra cost options sticker; "Supplement to Government Pricing Label". The car was scrapped about 8 years ago and I turned in the title to the scrap yard at that time. The car had been cut apart to save the sunroof clip, but that's now gone. I'll provide a letter with these documents, stating that they're being sold as archival documents and do NOT indicate the sale of this vehicle. Further this letter will state that said vehicle was scrapped in the state of Tennessee. Both documents are aged, torn, weathered, some water damage. Where is, as is. See photos. NOTE: I trimmed off the old tape (shown in the photos) from the edges of the "Supplement to Government Pricing Label". Best offer OVER $25 USD by 1 July 2015. Shipped via media mail, with insurance, unless specifically requested that they be shipped by express mail. Shipped from 38372. Will accept Paypal. Thanks for your interest in my BMW parts. Tom
If you are still out there VIN 2587521 then contact me and prove that you own this car still so I can send you your original window sticker/ importation page from Hoffman. This was randomly in the owners manual for my 1968 Euro 1600-2. It wasn't a total let down when I discovered it was for a US 2002 and not my car as I found the original registration from Switzerland in 1968 for my BMW behind this! Anyway, hope you're out there and interesting in reunited this with your 4 speed 71-73 roundie (all a VIN decode would tell me). -Ryan
My verifiable data regarding my '73's whereabouts from its manufacture on October 19, 1972 until early 2000, when the immediately-preceding owner purchased it, consists of: (1.) A California DMV confirmation that the car was last registered, before my purchase of it, in 1992-93; (2.) A radiator service tag from Norwalk Radiator & Glass (a California corporation, incorporated 1974, now dissolved) - first photo; (3.) A radiator service tag from Associated Radiator, 746 N. Barranca, Covina, CA (now Associated Automotive Service, in business since 1985) - second photo; and (4.) A window sticker in the center of the rear window glass, consisting of a square green background with a globe(?)/back-to-back-lower-case-e's(?)/whatever(?) in the center of the green background - third and fourth photos. Because it lacks any text or words, I've found this last item, the green sticker, difficult to identify. Surely someone on this forum will recognize the sticker. I'm hoping....
