    BMW OEM door seals

Hi everyone, our door seals for the 1600/2000 are made in Southeastern Asia, not China. Some countries are known for metal work, others for their rubber products. We're currently updating the design for these seals a bit, but the new production pieces probably won't be available for nine months or so.

    URO Door seals

Hi everyone, we've been redesigning these door seals over the last year and should have the new version available mid-to-late 2019. The old version works, but there was certainly room for improvement - stay tuned!

    URO rear sunroof seal problem

Hi Nbcbird, in response to feedback such as yours, we increased the length of Rear Sunroof Seal 54 12 9 734 130 by about 2.5" in November of 2018, making the total length about 39". The new seal is now longer than OEM so users will have to trim to fit, which allows flexibility in how they want it to mate with the front seal.

    URO lenses

Hi Jfutral, where did you purchase the lenses? Send us a private message with your order number and purchase information, and we'll talk to the retailer to get this handled for you. This will definitely be refunded or replaced under warranty (once our engineers can confirm that we have properly-manufactured units to send you). Don't worry a bit, we'll take care of you.

    URO lenses

Hi Jfutral and Irdave, what are the part numbers for the lenses you purchased? We're having our engineers review all four of the part numbers for these rectangular lenses, but it would be helpful to know precisely which lenses didn't seal and which had studs that weren't parallel. We've sold over 200 of these lenses so far and only had one returned as defective, but we definitely want to stay on top of any issues and take corrective action if necessary. Thank you!
