  1. PM's replied. I am not on here much since I sold my roundie over a year ago so the quickest way to reach me is by phone or text (714) 801-9848. I did not think I had to specify this on here but please don't offer me less than my asking price. Weber jets are 4 bucks each one and I have listed each style jet and the quantity of them, plus there is a large amount of them all together here which most people tend to hang on to. My price is more than fair. Invest in a jet reamer and you will be busy tinkering for a very long time. If you are Paypal ready please feel free to call/text me or PM me here. Thank you

  3. Car is sold !!!!! It went to a good home and a personal friend last Thursday.
  4. Oh sure ?... I don't think you would want to pay his repair bill though.
  5. Thank you for the positive comments guys. Here are some more close up pics of the car. I am in the process of moving right now and I work 10 hours a day 6 days a week. I have a few people to call back, but please if you are interested call and leave me a message (one is fine, no need to call 8 times a day) before 10 pm please, or PM me through the forum with your contact info. I will call you back when I can. I would also like to keep the sale local right now that way the car can be seen in person and I can make sure it's going to the right person.
  6. I am regretfully selling my 1972 BMW 2002 roundie to make room for a new car. I have owned this car for a little over a year, I wanted a round tail light, Inka Orange, non sunroof car that was a good platform for me to rebuild and modify the drive train. This car has been painted once its original Inka color, but it was done probably in the late 1980’s. I bought it because someone had not tried to hide rust and bad bodywork by putting a fresh paint job on it. The paint is pretty much dead, but you know what you have without having to strip the car if you wanted to restore it. I personally like the old un restored look. The drive train was completely stock when I bought it, everything mechanically I have done in the last year. I have put about 300 miles on it since it has been done, this is basically a solid un restored car with a really cool drive train and some very expensive parts. Anyway.. on to the good stuff….. **ENGINE** - Fully built M10 engine. Block is an 82 date code with a 2.0 rotating assembly ( matching number block and 121ti head is included) - Ireland Engineering custom made forged 10.1 compression pistons - 1.8 big valve head rebuilt, new guides valve job etc... - Ireland Engineering new billet 292 camshaft - Ireland Engineering heavy duty rocker arms - Dual valve springs - ARP head studs - single row timing chain - brand new Redline Spanish dual 40 DCOE Weber side draft carbs. (I have about 500.00 in jetting for fine tuning ) - Cannon intake manifolds that were ported to fit properly - electric fuel pump conversion - Rebuilt and re curved mechanical advance Tii distributor for side drafts and cam - Pertronix electronic ignition and flame thrower coil - Top End shorty header w/ o2 bung for a wide band gauge - Ansa sport center exit exhaust - starter, alternator, water pump, thermostat, motor mounts etc… were all replaced, along with endless hours of cleaning and detailing the drive train Motor runs very strong !! **TRANS** - 5 speed conversion from an e21 - Lightened 228mm flywheel - New 228 mm clutch kit - new clutch master - Ireland Engineering rebuilt shortened driveshaft - Ireland Engineering complete shift platform w/Z3 short throw shifter -Ireland Engineering billet 5 speed Amco style shift knob - Ireland Engineering steel braided clutch line - Ireland Engineering longer speedo cable - Top End trans adapter Gearbox is tired, I was not able to test it prior to installing it in this car. Its notchy when cold and the (im assuming) layshaft bearings make a whining noise on the freeway. Its fine as is for now though. ** rear end** - 3.91 LSD rear end conversion from a e21 sport. I rebuilt the diff with all new bearings and seals - Ireland Engineering re drilled axle stubs - Ireland Engineering axle spacers and hardware - New diff mounts **Suspension** - Authentic BBS RS wheels, 15x7 and 15x8. I bought these from Europe and had them restored. 195/45 rears and 185/45 fronts (had to get these from Europe as well). I have about 3k into these wheels and tires. - Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars - Ireland Engineering camber plates - cut Suspension Techniques springs… looks very cool, rides crappy - New brake master cylinder - New brake pads - New rear wheel cylinders - steel braided brake lines **car** The car is 100% complete. All trim is intact, I had the rear bumper re chromed, the front is in good shape, it has euro front turn signals. The under side of this car is in great shape and rust free. The only real rust is the edge of the trunk lid, passenger side corner of the front windshield area and a little area on the passenger door under the lower trim. Again, this has not had any bondo or patch work hiding other areas. Its a solid car. Paint is old and faded, car has dings dents and scratches to be expected from a 50 year old driver. All the electrical works. I am very particular about things. When I bought it I got everything working properly. The dome light comes on when the doors open, the windshield washer system works, I rebuilt the heater box myself, had the heater core hot tanked and rebuilt the heater control valve. All the lights and gauges work. Interior has e21 Recaro front seats but they need to be redone, as does the back seat. The headliner is good, the carpet is still nice, door panels are good. The dash is cracked like usual. I have a vintage Nardi Torino wood steering wheel that I am rather fond of in it currently. That is just what I can remember off the top of my head. I have receipts and paperwork for the car that goes back to the late 80’s along with the original owners manual, plus receipts and picture documentation for everything I have done to it recently. I have a clean California title for it in my name and current tags. I am in this car $17,000, I am willing to lose some money to get it sold to the right person. I am not sure how much I want for it just yet, but just to put a price on it I will say around SOLD!!!!. If you would like to buy it please feel free to call me SOLD!!!!!. car is in Orange County, Ca.

  8. Looking for a good working tii distributor to finish off my dual side draft conversion.
  9. Took this off my running 2002 about 2 months ago, going with dual side drafts so I will not be needing this. sold
  10. This came off my turbo e21 engine and I decided not to run it on my 02. Comes with the oil cooler, remote filter mount, m10 oil filter neck with sandwich plate and all the hoses. $200.00 local pick up preferred
  11. Turbo kit is removed and ready to be sold. I would like $650.00 for everything.
  12. I am in Orange County, Huntington Beach Ca like my profile says.
  13. hello everyone, I got very lucky last year and purchased a crashed e21 that had this engine, 5 speed gearbox and a 3.91 LSD in it, I parted the car out and kept the drivetrain for my future 2002 I had always wanted, well here we are a year later and I have my 2002 project with a bad engine and a worn out 4 speed. I had very much wanted to put this motor in my 02 however after test fitting the exhaust and turbo I don't have the time or desire at this point to modify the car to the point that would make this setup fit in my car properly. I have purchased a DCOE side draft kit and will be using this long block to get my car back on the road since my original block has some serious cylinder wall damage. I will be selling this Century turbo kit as a complete ready to run unit, including the full CIS system and K-Jetronic harness and ECU. I am not sure how to price this as it is 100% complete and a modified version at that. I can't find any that have been sold like this, usually they are just bits and pieces of the kit. I will do a quick run down of everything I see on the kit - Century intake manifold, later style with no injector ports - BAE exhaust manifold with a modified T4 flange, replaces the outdated Rajay 3 bolt flange - Turbonetics Turbocharger, like new condition zero shaft play. 68 A/R, expensive turbo - Rajay wastegate - Porsche 944 throttle body - Volvo CIS distribution block and WUR, better fuel enrichment than the BMW unit - Stainless steel braided fuel lines - WOT fuel enrichment through WUR - complete K-Jetronic harness with ECU - both Hobbs switches - Intercooler piping and intercooler (someone made them. not original to this kit) - lots of things I'm sure I'm missing I have video of this running in the wrecked car before I pulled it. Throttle response was great, the intake manifold will polish right up, I did a test spot real quick and it looks nice. I would prefer someone local to buy this, PRICE sold
  14. Selling my very cool vintage Emerson Fittipaldi steering wheel. These wheels were more common among the Porsche crowd back in the air cooled days, this one came off a highly modified e21 BMW I bought, so the hub is correct for BMW. I believe e21 and 2002 share the same size splines so this should be plug and play. This is a old wheel and the leather is very aged on it. If it could talk I bet it would have some interesting stories to tell about the cool cars it has been on in its life, I liked the patina myself but you could always have it recovered if you wish. Most of these were black anodized, this finish is not very common. Unfortunately I like the look of my wood Nardi wheel on my car so I don't need this one. Asking $220.00 for the wheel and BMW hub. Pick up in Costa Mesa 92627 or I can ship if you are not local. *SOLD*
  15. Selling a set of 4 e30 bottle caps. Wheels have matching 185/60/14 tires with good tread. The center caps and tapered lug nuts are included. Just upgraded my wheels and need the garage space. First $120.00 takes them. Wheels can be picked up in Costa Mesa 92627. local pickup only please. *SOLD*
  16. Thanks for the response. This is where im at with 15x7 +25 fronts with a 165/45 tire and 15x8 +25 with a 195/45 toyo tire. I cant seem to find something in between the front and rear sizes I have that will fill the front wheel arch but also slightly strech like the 195's on 8'' in the back. I will probably end up doing the 195 Toyo's in the front as well and get myself some camber plates. I am just on cut springs currently. Post up some side pics when you get a chance !
  17. Can you please let me know your tire and suspension specs... I'm in the middle of doing this on my roundie but the only tire I could find to go this low and still turn looks tiny on the car
  18. looking for a good used drivers door lower moulding trim, and a pair of license plate light housings. please let me know if you have anything. Thanks
  19. I think when I have a little free time I will remove the assembled BAE exhaust manifold and turbo and remove the one on the car and lift up the motor a bit to mount it, then slowly lower it down and get a rough idea how much of the car will need to be cut up. Then decide if I want to deal with it or not. The CIS is definitely outdated and makes for a cluttered mess in the engine bay but when working properly it is not too bad, as long as you are not trying to run large amounts of boost through it, plus I am very familiar with how it works and have a lot of the old test equipment for it since Ferrari used it all through the 80's O/T : the F-cars are all customer cars or parts cars, the 996 is my weekend car. When I bought the e21 I parted it out right away to make back the very little amount of money I got the car for, I sold the strut bar on ebay a while back not knowing who made it, there were no markings on it, but I got a couple hundred bucks for it so I guess whoever bought it knew what it was. I'm down to meet up sometime and talk cars
  20. Thanks for the response guys. After looking at the car when I first got it I was sure I would need to notch the frame rail for turbo clearance, relocate the battery and probably some modification of the brake booster area. The cars idler arm location, the turbo exhaust downpipe location, motor mount interference and trying to keep the intercooler were the main concerns right off the bat. Plus, the Rajay turbocharger has been swapped out for a larger diameter Turbonetics turbo, so not only is it going to be taking up more space in the frame rail area, its now a little lower due to the t4 flange adapted to the BAE manifold also. Conkitchen thanks for the input. I was hoping to find someone who had done this successfully, when it was all said and done were you happy with the Century setup ? The car I pulled the drivetrain out of was a mangled mess so it was not drivable, I have no idea what to expect from it or if its worth the trouble. Here are a coupe of bad pics of it in my storage room and one of the car I pulled it out of...
