  1. Cool! Thanks for sharing. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the best of luck with it, but it's good to know that you're in it for the long haul. I have been meaning to go through and sort all my photos so I can post some more recent ones, but in the meantime here's one of mine from the end of a Cars & Coffee gathering from last year. I have since removed the rectangular, Bosch fog lights that the previous owner installed (they are for sale if anyone is interested).
  2. Jerry can take the cover, as I don't have any real plans for it. I just thought it might make a neat garage ornament or something. Oddly enough, you can make that triplets! My car is a 1972 Malaga 2002, manufactured in July of 1971, VIN 2576557. That's pretty crazy, that all three people involved in this post and its replies have such similar-spec. vehicles. What kind of condition are your respective cars in these days? Mine has about 109,000 miles on it, and is almost all original, and in running condition. It looks great from 20 feet away, but up close it's age is readily apparent in all its imperfections.
  3. Just my luck; I was on this site Friday evening looking for exactly this (minus the tear in the hose haha, but that wouldn't have deterred me)! I don't suppose there's any chance that this deal fell through and you still have it?
  4. I'm seriously tempted to take the air cleaner cover for $10. Might make a cool wall ornament, or something.
  5. Sorry about the late reply, but.. I'm in the Western New York area! I actually live in Orchard Park (right near the Bills stadium). Coincidentally, I was also very new to the '02 scene in august of 2015, as I purchased my '72 Malaga 2002 in June of 2015. In fact, I'm kind of kicking myself now for not taking more time to explore the "Regional Groups" section of the forum, as I probably would have noticed this post a lot sooner. Do you still have your '02, and if so, would you be interested in meeting up sometime? I'm a die-hard car enthusiast who is always looking for other enthusiasts to discuss any and all things automotive. Speaking of which, if you're not already aware, some people have organized a local "Cars & Coffee" gathering for the Buffalo area that is held on the third Sunday of every month (April through October) at the Eastern Hills Mall parking lot, from about 8 or 9AM to about noon. It actually yields a surprisingly large turnout, with an excellent variety that generally has something for everyone. It is free, and I have had a blast every time i have attended so far. They have a Facebook page with all the information on it, but they are planning on holding the first meet of the year this coming Sunday if you are interested. As long as the weather cooperates, I plan to be there with my '02.
