  1. Sold! Thanks for an easy transaction. If you need an idle jet for your brothers 32/36, I have a spare I'll give you. And also here's a link to my bumper tuck: http://ericsgarage.blogspot.com/2015/01/1975-bmw-2002-bumper-tuck.html
  2. I'd also be interested in just a set of the internal upper reflectors for rear square lights (unmelted). I don't actually need the entire tail light lenses as mine are very nice, they just have melted reflectors (so I removed them and the light disbursement is poor). I'd sell the carb for $150 plus a set of reflectors... .
  3. blackrado, you're up if you have a clean set of square tail light lenses with the upper reflectors installed and unmelted. Send me some pics. Cash is absolutely still a fine option too. Thanks!
  4. Thanks for the pics Rich, unfortunately those tail lights are quite a bit rougher than the ones I have on my car so I can't make a deal for those.
  5. No problem! And for everyone else thanks for the interest, I'll go right down the line of requests in order, and update when the carb is no longer mine.
  6. Here is a near new, lightly used dual 38mm synchronized Weber down draft. I purchased it last year new from Pierce and swapped it onto my 75 2002 in place of a 32/36. The power delivery improvement was amazing. This carb is a monster upgrade. My engine has high compression pistons and head, a mild cam, header, ported intake and electronic ignition. The carb provides gobs of immediate off the line torque as well as robust redline horsepower that never fades. It completely transformed the engine. I swapped the lamb of a 32/36 back on because the 38mm carb wasn't a good mesh with the shift points on the car's automatic trans and I found myself way over revving the engine far too often and the wife complained about the neck-snap factor at off the-line throttle tip-in. The car is just a driver mostly for my wife...Would be great in a manual trans car, and it's a straight 20 min swap if you already have a weber 32/36 installed. This is for the carb only, just as pictured. If you want it shipped, figure another $25. Or I'd entertain trade or partial trade for a clean set of square tail light lenses with internal reflectors in-tact and un melted. Thanks Eric
  7. September 2, 2017 at 8:30 pm- Taking our '75 out to fill the American River Canyon with some sweet sweet M10 music. Whether you're young or old, driving a cherry or junk, if you've got a 2002 please join us. We will meet in Auburn off I-80 near the Foresthill Exit, enjoy some high speed (within the limits of the posted speed limits of course....) sweepers down into the bottom of the Canyon and then bend our sway bars through some tight switch backs on the way back up. This is a sweet little 25-ish minute loop. Meet up at 8:30 pm and maybe finish with a cup of joe/cider/cocoa or what have you at a nearby commercial coffee franchise, whilst congratulating ourselves for being so awesome. Please email me to get specifics! eschulte555@gmail.com
