  1. I have MSWs black/silver on a Sahara. I like them. Maybe these pictures will help. I have an extra set of MSWs (that I am hoping to find a shop near Sacramento) to achieve this blended look: Perhaps because of the black background, I don't find them to be a PITA to keep clean. The BBS baskerweaves are a whole different story. Good luck, whatever you decide.

  3. Thanks for sharing this and I'm sorry to hear about yet another scam. I hope you locate a better hood to at least partially compensate. I was once scammed and I know it's not a good feeling. Yet, I tell the story to anyone that will listen to reinforce the lesson I learned.
  4. Thanks for the images of the rings. It's exactly what I was looking for. I have a 73 that came with the rings in the photos below that I'm trying to fit on deep grills. As you can see, they are asymmetric. Fitting the odd shaped ring has worked well. The other ring does not fit so I have been looking for another odd shaped ring and was prepared to buy your headlight buckets just for the rings. I'm sorry to say that without at least one of the odd shaped rings, I can't justify the purchase. I'm including the graphical image because it may be that the fitment should be asymmetric so we may just need to re-examine what we did and how we did it. Another possibility is my use of a deep grill requires two of the odd shapes rings. If you have a better idea or the odd shaped ring, I would be very interested.
  5. How much is shipping to 95608 and is it possible to get a photo of the rings alone? Thanks.
  6. I would not purchase a new i3. I purchased a used one just off lease with 10K miles on it at half the cost of a new one. I drive a 2017 i3 between Sacramento and Stockton three days a week to work. That's more than 120 miles that I can do on one charge. My office building has five no cost EV stations that recharge the battery in 2.5 hours. My i3 comes with a range extender for another 90 miles before filling up that I have used 2 times since May. For city driving, the mileage estimates vary quite a bit depending on how you drive. Even on the highway, if I drive between 55 and 65 in the truck lane, I get up to 160 miles on a charge on a fairly flat road. I estimate my annual gasoline savings to be roughly $3K. It's a different ride than what I have been accustomed to. Different strokes as they say. One should drive one to make sure that it fits your style and needs. And, yes, it is an appliance. More specifically, a toaster. I am enjoying mine.
  7. Hi Rich. What a collection! Nice photos and generous offer. I looked for headlight rings like those in these photos but could not find them. Did I miss them? Thanks.
  8. I could use one or two spots. Is it possible to view first? Thanks.
  9. If you can please pm me your PayPal ID, I will but it. Thanks.
  10. I wish I knew more about the wheels. They were on the car when I bought it. Based on the following catalog it appears the rings were an option from BMW. https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/etk/bmw/E30/4-T/1451/36_0018/
  11. Thanks, Steve. I will be taking your advice. Just wish it was with the Kleeblaats.
  12. These are the wheels: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F223618913472 I bid, but wasn't close to the asking price. As to the E30 steelies, yep, they work: No spacers that I'm aware of. 185 60 14 tires.
  13. Hi...I tried the search and could not find an exact match. I hope someone has tried this. Thanks.
