I feel stupid. Thanks for making me unpackaged the other mirror. I went to take the photo and when I shifted the neck of the mirror over it revealed that the second mirror was the correct mirror for the 1600 with a rear placement mirror. Both holes are accessed from the outside unlike the mirror I opened up first (which has a stud underneath). I am so thrilled! Ill still update this thread with another photo of the underside of the NK mirror when I get it back. It is the same 3 starred brand.

Like it says. Driver quality 1969 bumper. Yes there is rust on the backside. (And yes I have the rear, over riders on just haven't taken off and cleaned yet) No dents, minor scratches. You can probably shine this up better than I have.
