    1969 BMW 1600, urban barn find with matching numbers. Caribe Blue with Black interior shows in a very original state with no rust in floor pans, pedal box or shock tower mounts! Very straight body, engine starts and seems very strong. No evidence of any prior body work or accident damage. Car has had ancillary items removed like grill, bumpers, belt line trim, carpets, front seats. Car is complete less the following: rear bumper, belt line trim, drivers side view mirror and the windshield has a chip and will need to be replaced. Car appears to have all original paint that is in chalky condition. Comes with rare FrigiKing AC Condenser unit/housing. This 1600 is a great candidate for new paint, interior and weather seals or full on restoration: however you could put it on the road with a few days of work. Car is registered non-operational status and there are no DMV back fees. Odometer reads 28K miles, but guessing she has 128k miles.     I have a complete kit for an M42 engine swap for a 1600/2002. Motor/trans/drive shaft and motor mounts/trans mounts from Classic daily new in box. The only thing you will need is a radiator. Kit comes complete with standing 1998 e30 318is. 318is motor runs and has a brand new Coil On Plug Kit: the car has salvage title which is included and is a complete car that has front end damage. Includes sport seats and all 5 of the mesh IS wheels. Aside from collision damaged area the body and paint is shiny and straight. This was originally a Canadian car and dislplay is in Kilometers!. You could part out interior and most body parts and recoup a substantial part of you cost.
