  6. I HAVE INSTALLED A 5 SPEED TRANS IN MY '68 '02. WHEN THE ENGINE IS ON IT'S MOUNTS AND TILTED DOWN IN THE REAR, IT IS OFF TO THE LEFT OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE CAR. IT SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE TRANS INSTALLED ON THE ENGINE. FRUSTRATED, I REMOVED BOLTS FROM THE RIGHT MOTOR MOUNT AND WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET THE TRANS BOLTED UP. THEN, RAISING THE REAR OF THE TRANS INTO POSITION, CENTERED BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL CROSS MEMBER ATTACHMENT POINTS WITH 1/2" CLEARANCE AT BOTH SIDES, THE RIGHT SIDE MOTOR MOUNT BOLT HOLES WILL NOT LINE UP WITH THE HOLES IN THE SUBFRAME. I ORDERED A NEW MOTOR MOUNT, THINKING THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE EXISTING MOTOR MOUNT ( HOPEFUL THINKING ). I WOULD APPRECIATE HEARING ABOUT ANYTHING THAT WOULD CAUSE THE MISALIGNMENT. HELP ! PHOTO OF THE PROBLEM AREA ATTACHED... THANKS, WILL

THERE ARE 4 SMALL PARTS THAT MAKE UP THE ASSEMBLY. IF YOU HAVE THE ONLY THE MAIN PART ( A CYLINDER THAT THE OTHER PARTS ATTACH TO ) I WOULD LIKE TO BUY THAT. THANKS GUYS...
  12. early single circuit brake calipers ! no one knows about those, just try finding a master cylinder, which i have suffered through. finally got help by calling Roger himself of Rogers Tii...he mus have connections ATE. also you might try Jamic.com, they have some hard to find stuff... in England but shipping is quick.
  13. thanks guys for the info on the 242/245 issue... i'm only looking for the "pin" that the throw-out bearing lever pivots on, and the small plugs that close off holes in the case. understanding which trans that i have will make things much easier to find in the ETK.
