mike
sure I could send it via UPS at cost
I don't know how many miles
it was working fine when i took it out
no noise etc.
I would certainly install new seals before using it.
the shifter platform, shifter etc. comes with it.
mike
can you slide the feeler gauge equally well between the back of the cam lobe
and the wear pad on the rocker arm?
I find it hard to get the feeler on top of the valve stem as the FAQ suggests.
comments?
we are talking M10 engine
thanks

Berkeley CA
thanks
i will look at this when I get home
but the condenser was nowhere near the dist.; it was mounted right by the coil.
at any rate you are saying there should be a terminal on the dist. for the tacho wire?
I will look tonight.
thanks again
mike
i have petronix- so there is no condenser
so I will connect the two wires near the dist. to the neg. coil?
i should not have to go behind the instrument panel, as this was all working
fine before
will try this
mike
got new engine in and running great
can't remember the tachometer wires
there are two wires dangling near the distributor
and I am sure they had something to do with it
I have the oil pressure sender hooked up and working
but where could these other two go?
connect them together and tacho still not working
they come down in the same small bundle as the oil pressure lead
wiring diagram text is too tiny for my aging eyes
and I don't want to get reading glasses yet
