  1. Local SoCal - WTB Roll Bar or Cage - I'm in SD - And yes Autopower is 15-20 miles from my house. But looking for a good deal... Economic tough times.. Thx,
  2. Unable to find any in the archive.
  3. Sorry guys if this has been posted before.. But I am looking for spare blanks for my 02. (Both door/ignition and trunk) Reasonable price.. Thx,
  4. Armond has the right idea... I wish I would have gone that route had I known earlier. I got so frustrated with DMV doing the same thing with a set of old blue plates, so I decided to go with the Historic Plates. $2.00 a year ain't bad...!! Still took them about 45 mins to figure out how to do it. Thanks for the site Armond..
  5. 76 2002 Super clean Tii motor bored out to a 2.2 318 EFI 5 Speed ST springs & sway bars Kamei air dam 15x7 Rota (Panasport replicas) A month old w/ 195/50 Polaris Give me your email address and I will email you pics. Thx,
  6. I just emailed you... arnold.j.rodriguez@gmail.com
  7. BBL70 - The ride is great and it did require a spacer for the front since the center bore did not quite fit. I can't remember exactly the specs, let me dig it up and will repost..
  8. ///M Chris, Can the fuel line remain physical in the car along the floor board or should it be re-routed outside? Thx
  9. Have you tried using the shocks of the rear bumper? They seem to be shorter, might want to give it a try.. (Obviously, not the center rear but the ones on the rear corners.) I went with a Kamei air dam for the front and early bumper for the rear. West Coast agrees with Right Coast, Lighter = Faster.. Good luck...
  10. This might sound dumb, but I picked up my 02 last month and it also has a tii transplant with EFI out of a 318. Meanwhile, gas line in running inside the car along the floor board (passenger side, seems like a high pressure rubber line). So probably not a good idea right..?? Your thoughts... Should that be change out to what you guys are doing? And is the current set up dangerous..?? Thx,
  11. Wow, that looks pretty rad..!! I noticed it's a roundie being that it's a first generation come back.. Yeah, square it up just a little, not quite like the 1 series.. Also, slap some 19" deep dish Panasports on there too... But it's pretty darn awesome dude especially the way you did the front hood. I think the front end is perfect, the lines on the grille just makes it appear pointier.. It looks freak'n slick... How about a rear quarter and re-post it....
  12. Speaking of $2.00.. I actually requested for Historic Plates for my 76 and no questions ask... From now on, I only pay 2 bucks a year to register my car. BTW- Certain rules apply such as, I can only drive the car to "car events" or "club events", limited mileage per year, not for commercial use, blah.. blah.. blah.. Hey DMV, every time I drive my car it is an event.. So how you like me now..!! Plus the lady was super sweet, so I seized the moment... But now I might look into the whole 75 thing and possibly see if I can pull that off... I have a tii motor and EFI out of a 318, plus a major choke point since I have a catalytic converter on mine..!! We''l see what happens. The SMOG guy suggested to go to the muffler shop and request for a "test tube" as oppose to the word "cat bypass".. Again, stay tuned..
  13. I finally took off the large bumper off the back of my car. I also recently picked up an earlier rear bumper with all the brackets/hardware required for installation. Not sure on how to access the holes from inside of the trunk.. Do I drill a small hole and use longer bolts or do I drill a larger diameter hole inside the spare tire area and the area by the gas tank to access the existing hole on outer layer..?? Any tips or pics on the best way to install an earlier rear bumper..?? Thx,
  14. So your trading your 2002 for a 2002... Good luck..!! Got any pics.. I might be interested... email me at arnold.j.rodriguez@gmail.com (San Diego) Thx, A
  15. For 375.00, not a bad deal... That would look great if you put a grill and a set of Cibie rally lamps and mount it on the wall in a garage...
  16. I recently went from 13X6 to 15x7. I would not recommending 8" wide unless you want to add the Turbo flares. 16" wheels would seem like alot of weight.. Remember, rotating mass... BTW - Personally, I think 14" is just perfect for these cars.. Good luck..
  17. Nice air dam.. Just recently picked up a Kamei on ebay, but if "tlchd" does not want it, I want 2nd dibs.. Thx...
  18. Any recommendation on where to purchase a carpet kit? Looking for good quality and excellent price.. Thx,
  19. Sah-weet.... Congrats to you.. You might want to pick up a Lottery ticket with your luck..
  20. Looking to acquire set of 15X7 Rota RB. My car has a descent ride height, not too low but not as high as I have seen. Measures 8" from the ground up to where the rocker panels roll over to meet the flat section that comes straight down. I recently bought the car, so not sure on what type of springs. They are powder coated grey and I have been told it could be Suspension Techniques. So should I go with 205s or 195s? Thx,
  21. Will be picking up a new project tomorrow morning.. 76 with some minor upgrades. 320 head with fuel injection, 5 speed, and a bunch of other goodies.. First thing I want to do is remove the bumpers and lower the car. Any suggestions on which springs I should go with... Eibach, Suspension Technique, H&R, or Ireland Eng.. etc.. Any recommendations..? Is it Christmas morning yet..?? Arnold San Diego
  22. Is the carpet kit still available..??
