    I paid $250 for it so that's ok, the thing is I didn't need a new carburetor to begin with so now I have this thing I don't need. Hoping someone may want/need it so that's why I posted it for sale. I agree if you're ok with not having the Weber name they do work fine. If I got screwed even more with the $250 price man... I'm happy to let it go for whatever is fair. I'd like to put this saga to bed soon haha.

    It is not a Weber. I paid $250 for it. I'd like to get $250 back in sale. I did not purchase it myself, but I paid the guy for it. He screwed up in that I didn't need a new carb so now I'm stuck with this thing. I'd tell you the whole aggravating story but it is so lame I prefer not to relive it. If no one needs this thing I'll chuck in my parts bin. Thanks.

    Hi - A mechanic that was working on my car mistakenly purchased a new carburetor for my '72 2002 and unfortunately couldn't return it (long annoying story). Anyone need one? Brand new in the box.

    Hi All - Carburetor finally died in my 72 '02. Thinking to replace with Weber 32/26, but wondering opinions. I want the power, but I don't want suffer low gas mileage. Is this a happy medium? Thanks!

    Hey Everyone - Does anyone have a mechanic they can recommend in LA? I have a specialist in Long Beach who is great, but I need someone closer for basic stuff. Echo Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, DTLA, Koreatown or even Hollywood would work. Thanks!

    Hey everyone - I'm finally ready to give my 02 some serious love. Looking for advice for a good restoration shop in Los Angeles. I want to rebuild the original engine and either swap the 4 speed for a 318i 5 speed or just rebuild the existing gearbox (haven't quite decided on that yet). Also want to install new seats, carpet kit, headliner, but that is second priority behind the engine/tranny. Any experience at the shops in LA? I'm moving there in a few weeks. Thanks! Christine

    Hi All - Looking for the following for my 1972 BMW 2002 Roundie (please send pic and cost if you wouldn't mind): - Interior Dome Light Housing (new or like new) - Rear Vent Window Latch (Chrome) - Lower Chrome Exterior Rocker Panels (the 2" or so height panels not the skinny chrome trim) Thanks!

    Yeah it is possible I may get down there and not want it after physically checking it out. We've agreed on a price, but I am going to drive it/check it out before I hand over the cash next week. And I'm taking my brother who works on Datsun 510s with me, but it appears to be solid from the list of work that's been done: Here are the new/upgrades: 1. Rebuilt top end (last ten thousand) 2. 32/36 carb 3. Interior: Carpet Kit (brand new), Nardi steering wheel, new CD player w/ remote, 4. Paint Job (brand new) (original color) 5. New cooling system 6. alternator, electronic ignition, battery and battery cables-(all new) 7. electrical all working 8. KYB shocks 9. Brand new brakes and caliper (front) 10. Exterior-new emblems, bottle cap rims, windows all work (go down completely), (brand new) windshield and seal NO RUST, RUNS GREAT
