  1. Hello- I'm on the East coast of Florida in Boynton Beach & have(most) of what you're looking for. Check down the page of "Cars" on this site. Regards, Slam105
  2. Even though I know this isn't the 'proper' venue to advertise my motorcycle, I thought I'd list it along w/my '73 BMW 2002tii---my apologies if this irritates anyone! It IS a BMW, after all. Hopefully there are some "moto-heads" on here... It's a 1992 BMW K75, in BMW's dark blue. This is the 3 cylinder, single-side swing arm, w/fuel injection, water-cooled, 750cc model w/ABS. Great riding & handling w/less than 24K miles. It has a "Stay-in-tune" after market muffler, which alone cost over $400! The original BMW muffler is included. The only problem: seems to be an electrical short in the ABS dash panel lights---they won't turn off. Once you depress the front brake lever, the rear brake pedal, & start rolling the indicator lights are supposed go out...they don't. Should be an easy fix for someone who's more of a mechanic than I am... For photos & any additional info, email me: chairdog5@aol.com I'm asking $2850. Location: Boynton Beach, Florida Year: 1992 Make: BMW Model: K75 Body and Interior: Motorcycle Engine and Drivetrain: 750cc 3 Cylinder 5 Speed Transmission Water Cooled & Fuel Injection Suspension, Brakes: ABS
  3. Brian- Try again. I've received responses from others using the 'link'. Regards, Nick
  4. I'm already regretting this, but due to finances & health problems, I'm selling my BMW. It's a rare='Turkis 'color, BMW's version of Turquoise. I'm in So.Florida & the sun/heat did a number on the roof...it's currently in gray primer. The sunroof works fine & does not leak, but needs the felt 'gasket'(one part of new felt is included) replaced. The previous owner installed a 5 speed transmission from an '80 320, upgraded the shocks w/ Bilsteins, & moved the Ultima battery to the trunk. He also replaced the original seats w/seats from a 320---the interior is black w/gray & black carpets. The carpets are new. I removed the AC which was partially removed by the P.O. Over the almost 5 years I've had the '02 lots of repairs & replacements have been done: alternator(less than a year ago, flexdisk(1 year ago), radiator re-hab(1 year ago), head gasket & valve job(2 years ago), distributor re-hab(new Ireland Engr'ing distributor included), K&N air filter installed, & water hoses replaced. I'm sure there are more 'things' that have been done, but my memory ain't what it use to be.....the BMW runs very well, but could probably use a tune-up. I'll also include a bunch of other parts: pedal box w/re-hab kit, new silver-colored windshield & rear window moulding inserts, extra rocker moldings, the original trunk 'strip' for between the tail lights, other parts I've forgotten... Cosmetically, besides the paint, the head-liner needs attention/replacement...it has some staining & has shrunk a bit. Overall my tii is a good-strong & fun driver! Engine block number matches VIN! I'm asking: $9750. If you have questions you can email me: chairdog5@aol.com. I can send photos via email. Thanks & regards, Slam105/Nick Location: Boynton Beach, Florida Year: 1973 Make: BMW Model: 2002tii
  5. Hello- I'm deciding whether to sell my '73tii. It has a black interior, but the seats are not original...they're 320 front seats. I've installed a wooden steering wheel & a Momo shift knob. It would include an extra black 'Momo-like' steering wheel. The exterior color is an odd one: Turkis(turquoise). It needs a re-paint. The top had a peeling(from sun exposure) clear coat that I painted gray primer. I was told that my tii in this color w/a sun-roof is "one-of-only 20" produced! The BMW was upgraded by the previous owner, who installed a 5 speed transmission from a 320i. I've repaired many items & replaced quite a few also. I'd include many spare parts. I'm 'asking' $10K. I bought the 'tii', sight unseen from a seller in Concord, CA & had it shipped to Boynton Beach in So. Florida. I have the Florida title & paperwork which includes a lot of the repair bills Let me know if you're interested. Regards, Nick/Slam105 ps---I have some photos & there's more info on the upgrades/repairs that I've had done...
  6. I'm on Florida's East coast(12 miles south of Palm Beach) & considering selling my '73 2002tii. Let me know what your price range is & maybe we can work something out. More specifics on request. Regards Slam105
  7. Good to fair condition. Stitching is good, there is some wear on the leather. It measures approx. 14 3/4"(37.5cm). There is no maker's name, it is stamped: "Made in Italy" on the back. It's 3 'spoked' & has 5 mounting holes. It was on my '73tii when I bought it. I don't have the "hub" or horn-button. I can email photos. $30 + shipping cost.
  8. Excellent condition & Powder-Coated:Black. "BMW" letters & design 'lines' un-Powder-Coated. I bought this item a few years ago when I got my '73tii & didn't know there was a 'tii specific' valve cover---so due to my ignorance it, obviously, didn't fit. My loss your gain! $45 + shipping cost. I can email photos.

  10. Hello- Is the 55amp alternator still available? Regards, Slam105
  11. @Bruno: My comment about "odds" was the idea that a BMW enthusiast, on this site, would be a Leica 'fan' AND have a set of wheels that I wanted...pretty much a long-long shot! Thanks again & regards, Slam105
  12. @Bruno: Thanks for your interest. What do you think the odds of this "swap" were? 10,000 to 1 maybe? I sold the Leica earlier today...the buyer offered me more than I could refuse. Thanks again & regards, Slam105
  13. @Tito3: Nope. No 'red dial'. If you send your email address I'll get some photos to you. Thanks for your interest. Regards, Slam105
  14. Any Leica collectors out there? I have a Leica IIIc (Ser. #420245) that's in good condition. I've been told the Leica was made around 1942(?)& is rare & very collectable! The Leica is equiped w/an original Leitz/Summitar 5cm lens(Ser. #902351) & Leica lens cap. I'm no expert, but all 'functions' seem to work... I'm trying to swap the Leica for a set(4) 14" Panasport wheels to mount on my '73 tii. Or maybe another set of 14" wheels. Don't need tires. I can send photos of the Leica. Thanks & regards, Slam105
  15. Hello- Will you take $65(including shipping)for your Headliner??? Of what material is the Headliner made? Thanks & regards, Slam105

Kerry- The Behr Face Plate is a "touch" below good condition. Only because one of the mounting holes(the top left, inside), has its bottom broken off---but it would/will fit w/no problem. You probably wouldn't even see this once it's installed. If you want, send me your email address & I'll fwd. you a photo. Thanks & regards, Slam105/Nick
