  1. M3M3's post in M3 oil pan on m10 block? was marked as the answer
If it would fit, everyone who does an S14 swap would use it.......

so no. M3 oil pan is several inches too long on left side.  this is why the Massive oil pan design basically moves the entire lower oil pan to the right about 3 inches.  and the upper pan has to be chopped also on the left side.

below pics of stock pan, and the Massive pan showing the offset.

here is the massive pan in relation to the subframe.

  2. M3M3's post in Another brake bleed question was marked as the answer
there are FOUR bleed screws on each caliper.  never open the bottom ones.   do bleed the two top ones.

and..are you opening the bleed screws too much?  the screws on wilwoods are very sensitive to this.  open too far and air gets by the threads.

if you have a pressure bleeder on the reservoir correctly, you should never see air going "backwards".  10psi on the reservoir should always push fluid and air out the bleed screw.

and again, have you worked the brake pedal slowly while the pressure bleeder is ON and the bleed screw is left open?

  5. M3M3's post in A 'Better' M2? was marked as the answer
    incorrect.

    correct.

the mounting points are in the exact same location on an M10 and S14 block.

however, either an m10 or an s14 can be mounted lower and further back with custom engine mounts and custom oil pan and oil filter setup.  this has been done by others before. not new idea.
  6. M3M3's post in Has anyone tried these wheels? was marked as the answer
ignore backspace.  as has been stated, et25 is what you are looking for with 7in wheels.  no spacers.

read the wheel fitment thread highlighted by gordon for you.

  8. M3M3's post in Alpina Style Gauge Cluster was marked as the answer
this option came up in an 02 build thread on r3vlimited.  notice there is no gauge in right hand hole.  that is because they don't fit because of the angle of the side panel.  only thing that will fit, maybe, is a very shallow gauge like some modern wb02 gauges.  vdo gauges will not fit.

here is pic of issue from my build thread.

  9. M3M3's post in M20 Fuel Pump Length was marked as the answer
all the e30 tanks were the same depth.  all the pumps are the same depth.  they all use the same fuel level sender.  88+ tanks had higher capacity because the left side of the tank was deeper(the fuel pump pickup in on the right side.)

pumps are different because there were high and low pressure versions, and versions with the return built in and those without.

check the ground for continuity, then just trace the wires back with a voltmeter until you find the break in the B+ wire.

  16. M3M3's post in Momo Steering Wheel Adaptor Trouble was marked as the answer
the turn signal tab is NOT part of the momo adaptor.  it is a separate stock BMW oem piece that should already be on the car.  if missing put a WTB call our or just order a new one from BLUNT.

just have to reduce the size to the limits stated on the avatar page.  simple using program like microsoft office picture manager (which i think comes free with windows)

it is also extremely easy with photobucket...like three clicks...pbucket is not "old school u donkey"  (whatever that means) your son does not know how to use it....
