  1. THANKS. I will check with the Dealer and the EBay site. I took apart the injector and measured = Micrometer the washers to I know the size.
  2. Hello Group, I picked up a real clean 73 tii that had been sitting for 3 years. The car was missing badly on #2 and when I pulled the injectors #2 was rusty. I have since had them cleaned and tested. However the place that cleaned them didnt have the washers that go inside the injectors. i am looking for a Throttle body gasket and the metal crush washers for the inside of the Injectors and the ones that go between the injectors and head. Is there any company that still has these parts ? I searched the forums and found post that X parts are NLA, but they were from 2 to 6 years ago. I am wondering if any one has started remaking these parts. Or are there alternative parts that can be used. Thanks Barry
  3. I am in tampa and have a 75 roller body. it has Some very small holes in the drivers floor. the passenger rear quarter was repaired. IE has some dents. Do you need hood- trunk and doors? if you are interested I will go over to the shop this weekend and get photos. IT does have a title.
  4. Does any one know who owns the E30 rusty rat rod?
  5. Is it a Baur targa with the 2 part top or the Baur full convertible? Id go with a carb engine car VS a TII where the maint parts are more $$. I have seen Baurs between 8 to 25k. Really depends on the shape,
  6. I run our Star spec 205 15s take offs, After we do a 14 hour chump car race with our E30. I have a set of the Alpina copies rims. The car is almost stock height with no rubbing issues. They are great tires, hold up well and do very good in the wet.
  7. What is your shop? I am in Brandon. ALso if you dont get an Answer you can call them out in Cali. Give them the stock part # for the 02 part and they will tell you what other ones fit. They did this for me when I dropped the E34.. Barry

  9. Yes I have an ID- 19 in the Photo and a DS-21 wagon. I also had a SM about 10 years ago. Its out in Cali now. Barry
  10. He should have taken that $2,935 and ran. I would of bet that if the buyer actually went to get the car he would back out of the sale at 2900. Since the photos dont really show all the dents and body damage. If it was just going to be shipped then that is a different story. According to some of the 02 drivers in the area, he has been trying to sell the car for 2 years and seems to feel its worth more than it is. Plus is letting the car sit and rot away but not dropping the price.
  11. Download the Chumpcar rules also, if you can build the car for both series you will be ahead of the game We started doing Lemons 5 years ago with an E30 and have only done Chump the last 3 years. Mainly because we are in FL and Chump is the only one doing races in the south. We ran a Lemons in Tx and there were 3 02s there. One did very well, mainly because they lightened it like crazy. you will want more power and better brakes. So also you may want to do a M20 swap in the future. Enjoy
  12. He did the same to me, I sent him back a copy of a Craiglist add from the west coast. A white rust free 02 for 4k, in really nice condition. Telling him that I could get this car shipped to me for less than his asking price. That his car should be priced less than 2k. Not surprised that I never heard back.
  13. In the past 12 months he has 6 negative feedback replies. So id say buyer beware. And to me a freshly painted white car is hiding something. Bring a magnet.
  14. Check out the SR SIx guys at gopostal @t seniorsix.org They will have parts. I also have a parts car but I stripped it and am in the middle of a move so if the parts are off the car i wont be able to locate them for a bit.
  15. Looks solid. Those cars are so prone to rust. I had one here if FL and it was bad. Got rid of it on Ebay years ago.
